Hi i called Richard to come over to look at my boiler and plumbing system, when i first spoke to him i noticed he was very polite, he sat down and explained everything clearly, not that i didn’t knowing anything about plumbing quite the opposite. Everyday on time work in a very tidy manner. Very recommend.

Rang about having a gas cooker installed to existing pipe. Came same day and quoted good price. Job abit bigger than originally thought as gas pipe needed moving but job was done quickly for price originally quoted. Very happy with service will definatly recommend or use again. Thank you

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

Guys plumbing and heating we an excellent team to deal. Craig fitted a water softener into my kitchen cupboard. It was not easy to do but he was very patient and did an excellent job. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Heating packed up. Never used this company before. Phoned them up Paul was on another job but was around in hour and half. Changed a valve and fixed a leak. heating back up and running. Suggested other valve needed changing as the leak had dripped into it.Appeared the following morning fixed leak and changed valve. Excellent service masked up and social distanced. Would recommend this plumber every time.

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) . This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

We've known Chris many years. He installed a downstairs shower, toilet and basin, we've called on him a number of times for routine plumbing jobs; his skills also include tiling and floor installation and fitting a water softener. We have no qualms about recommending him for both plumbing and general installation work.
