We used Nick to sort a problem with our bathroom drains when other plumbers had declined. Nick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was a pleasure to have in the house. Impeccable.

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Charles replaced our hot water cylinder which was leaking. He was responsive and competitive with his quote and the installation was very well done. It required some pipe work moving, so which he did with no concern and the whole job was professional, tidy and completed without fuss. I would certainly recommend EHS.

What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator.
