Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Glyn did our boiler service this week. He was prompt and efficient with the work and very friendly. We had some questions after the service and Sue was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

I called Josh as short notice to come and look at our radiators that weren't heating up. They came out the very next day and fixed the problem. Excellent service and would definitely be using again Would highly recommend

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

Chan did a fantastic job at our new place installing a washing machine. It needed new indoor pipework and outer waste pipe drainage. He was efficient and did a neat, clean job, ensuring that the new pipes were as discrete as was possible. Couldn't be happier with the work and will definitely use again!

Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Always on time, made fantastic suggestions and consulted us along the way. This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

I have been using PRS Plumbing on my property since 2016 inlcuding a full boiler replacement, radiator replacement and boiler services. Paul is always on time, very professional and hardworking.

I cannot thank Keith enough for his help and advice to fix my 92 year old Dads problem when he had no hot water. He really went out of his way to help and after hours on a Friday evening. I would highly recommend- a huge Thank you from myself and my Dad you are lovely man
