Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀

Used Victor plumbing & Heating to replace my Triton electric shower unit that had packed up. Came round on the same day (Saturday) to look at it. New shower unit was installed 2 days later. Much appreciated the prompt, professional service. Will definitely be using him again.

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. When I called Fineline the phone was answered straightaway and the call was handled sympathetically and very efficiently. Shane and his assistant came out and dealt with our issue the next day. The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

He's been phenomenal recently when one of my tenants had a broken boiler, he was very quick to come out and managed to find the cause of the problem as well as a solution. I called Igas Heating and Plumbing out of hours for an emergency boiler breakdown, after calling several other companies in Thanet who advertised themselves as "24 hour emergency callout".. Only one of which who replied and attended my house one hour late after given me a specified appointment time. After 10 minutes he advised me that I needed a new boiler. (my boiler is only six years old and has been serviced every year.) He then charged me £100 for his visit....I wasn't satisfied with his diagnosis and decided to make more enquiries ..fortunately my next call was to Lee at Igas Heating and Plumbing.. He attended within an hour as he said he would. (It was now 9pm)..He was thorough in testing the boiler for fault and explained everything he was doing and why, even with my limited knowledge of boilers he proved and showed me that the fault with my boiler was the fan... He ordered the part there and then via his supplier to be picked up the very next morning.. He arrived at 10am the next morning and fitted the fan within 30 minutes.. "Hey presto" the boiler was fixed.. He did not charge any call out charge for his visit the previous evening!!!..His price for the job including the fan was not only reasonable, but he didn't expect me to pay there and then, he said I will invoice you in the next couple of days. His honest and good nature was such a breath of fresh air and reassuring that there are still are reliable, honest, knowledgeable tradesmen that believe that customer service comes before money!.. Will not use anyone else in future!.. Thank you again Lee!

Lee responded to an emergency call-out to a major water leak which needed real detective work to find the source of it. He is a first class plumber who really goes the extra mile to complete what was a tricky job. Clearly very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He keeps you informed at every stage. I can highly recommend Lee and would not use anyone else.

I contacted Graham as he’d worked on my boiler for the previous flat owner. So pleased I went to Graham myself, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Graham was generous with his time, answered my first-time homeowner questions, had very good advice for things I can do in time, but absolutely no obligation to do now, which I really appreciated. I will ask Graham to service the boiler again in a year’s time and will not hesitate to contact him if I need any plumbing services in the interim. Thank you Graham!

Graham was very quick in replying, coming round on the same day to check the problem out. He was back within 2 days to fully fix it (it didn't need immediate attention). He was friendly and professional and I will definitely use him again in the future should I need to.

Graham came out to service my combi boiler and carry out an underfloor heating check. We are new to the area so this was a bit of random pick (although these reviews helped) and we hit the jackpot!
