Jude is a great teacher and keeps things simple. Golf is hard and there are no quick fixes, so if you are prepared to put the time in and work on the rudiments that Jude teaches you, then you will become a better golfer. I have not been playing long and my goal was to break 100. With Judes help I can do that. My next goal is to creep down to 90. Game on

I was very apprehensive of getting golf lessons initially and put it off until last year. I read about Jude’s pathway programme, it sounded different and something that I’d like to try...best decision ever! Jude is down to earth, makes you feel relaxed and a brilliant coach! The video analysis has been eye opening and a real game changer, Jude uploads all the swing analysis etc onto an app you can use anytime so is great for feedback. He works with your swing to improve you, which is something that I appreciated, rather than break down everything. I’m playing much more golf now and thoroughly enjoying it. Only wish I’d gone to see him earlier! Go and see Jude and see how he can help you, you won’t regret it!

I met Jude having booked a club fitting at Manston late spring 2021 and was very impressed by his insights, advice and tips also the coaching and analysis setup available so signed up for a couple of lessons to see how we got on. I have had, and am still having, regular lessons with improvement continuing. Jude has a straightforward and very supportive teaching style with excellent analysis of your swing, both good and bad, and gives clear instruction and drills on areas for improvement. With ‘Pathway membership’ you are given access to a coaching app in which key moments of your lessons are recorded to give a history of your progress also you can record practice sessions between lessons and Jude will comment online. I highly recommend Jude to anyone seeking to improve their golf or for club fitting/repair or modifications.

Had one lesson with Jude today. I got recommended from a friend. In the one hour I’ve made loads of progress and understand how to hit a ball correctly and understand how wrong I was hitting the the ball previously. I’ve walked away happy and I’m hitting the ball better and more consistently. I’m looking into booking future lessons with Jude. Highly recommend! Thank you Jude 👍🏼

Jude’s 3 month program of lessons and practice is a brilliant way to assess your game and work on realistic improvement goals. Using video and launch monitor data, we identified the key weaknesses of my swing that needed work and then made small changes, one element at a time, all evidenced by the improved data and video, to gradually improve my shots and confidence. A great investment with real results on both the range and the course. Well worth considering if you’re serious about improving your game.

Excellent golf course, greens superb, the back nine very different from the front nine, and trust me on a hot day you'll understand why they call the 17th the heart attack hole! Fantastic views of St Mary's Bay and Dungeness, staff friendly and efficient, breakfast was above average. If you are senior or have mobility issues would highly recommend booking a buggy. Didn't have any issues with waiting at tee's. The only down side was that the compressor had packed up on the 9th hole bar but soft drinks were still available.

Beautiful course, I’m not a golfer myself but I’ve now held two charity golf days here and from an organisation view I could not fault it, Jo and Donna were superb and a huge help.

We live on Cliff Road. During the lockdowns in the Pandemic we were so lucky to be walking with our kids at this beautiful golf course. We've practiced here before but the opportunity to walk here when people don't play is just amazing 👍👍👍

Very welcoming and friendly reception from the pro shop. The course is very well maintained and in a good condition. Challenging hilly slopes and sometimes requiring a blind shot. It has the best view for a golf course in Kent! My local favourite course.

Great golf course and hidden gem in Kent. The club pro Warren is very friendly and knowledgeable (check out his YouTube videos). Very well kept course, you can always tell by the quality of the tee boxes and they are pristine here. Fairways are great, greens are very good, fast and with undulations. Good variety of holes. Highly recommend this course.

We received a warm welcome at Chestfield Golf Club. The clubhouse is steeped in history and is a beautiful building. The bacon sandwiches were great and set us up for a challenging and undulating course. There's also a great halfway house. Good value, and a nice golf club and course.

I really enjoyed this course, was very challenging and the greens are probably the hardest I’ve played. Staff at the club were very friendly, this includes the groundskeepers and they clearly do a very good job maintaining the greens and tee areas. The only thing stopping this being a 5start review for me is the restaurant opens on an as and when basis, Which I found odd (so no breakfast before tee off) tho there is a halfway house on the 13th and you can place an order when you get to the 11th hole, which is good. The Range was okay, only three bays and the range balls were poor quality (yes I know they are just range balls but these looked from the 80s). Definitely ask for a map as you will get lost. I will definitely be returning and can’t wait.

Great welcome from the staff, great service in the club house and pro shop too, especially for a large group of 25. The members were welcoming and the course is a gem. Despite the rain over the last few days it was in great condition and the test were rolling pure and fast.....slower than normal though as we were told. Looking forward to going back when it's dried out.

My sister booked a session on Wednesday 16 October 2024 at 13:50 for me and my 7 year old autistic nephew to play crazy golf. On arrival the young lad who was working at the kiosk noticed that my nephew had ear defenders on and asked if we would like the sound effects turned off to which we obliged. Going on to the 7th hole my nephew became very scared of the dinosaur statues and had a bad episode, we had to leave. On leaving the young lad handed my nephew a fruit pastilles ice lolly which immediately calmed him down. I am writing to you so that this young legend of a lad be acknowledged by his peers as a great professional and to be honest, you do not see young people these days with the empathy and compassion that he showed us on that day.

I've been going to Manston for just over a year for practice, lessons and recently a fitting session for a new set of irons. It's a great place to visit for all levels of golfer, the staff are really great and my game has definitely improved. I'd highly recommend it

I arrived at Manston without having made a booking for a fitting. Ben was able to fit me in and helped me select the right clubs for me having tested 3 different manufacturers. Would recommend Manston as they have a wide selection of options without waiting for a demo day. Thank you

Had a fitting with Keely from Manston golf Centre, very professional and I was confident that the clubs I purchased were the correct ones for me. There was no pushy sales tactics just someone that wanted you to feel happy you was choosing the clubs suitable for me. Thank you from a Happy customer and I would definitely recommend going to Manston to get a fitting

I've been having lessons with Adam for around 9 months now and it has really instilled confidence in my game. Adam takes his time and makes you feel comfortable detailing every bit of your swing, grip, stance and explains everything in great detail. It cemented in my mind that I wanted to get fitted for new clubs to improve my game and I did exactly that - again with Adam. He knew my swing and style already so he was able to recommend clubs/brands that would be better suited to me than others. It was a great session and I am very pleased with the results. Can't wait to get out and use them! Thanks for all of your time Adam!

Rating: 4.6 (181) Price Level:

Absolutely superb. Good quality course which is a real thinking test for a golfer. It's cliff top, built on chalk so drains excellently. Notwithstanding, it plays like a links course requiring challenging approach play and careful putting. Good clubhouse and well stocked pro shop too. Couldn't thinks of anything better... Its more fun than Prince's Golf Club just up the coast to be honest. Well recommended.

Been a few times now, not to play but for the food and to have a drink. The roast dinner is very good value for money and can't complain about the bat prices either. Had excellent service from izabella. Well done and will be back. You don't have to be a member to enjoy the club house

Great fun. Greens are a good pace and true. Just a bit woolly later in the day. Good value for money. Fantastic views of the Dover straits on the front nine. We were lucky with the weather. Sunny conditions with a moderate wind making it a little more interesting. The half way house is very good and well stocked, plus being open as we came through around 1630hrs. Only had a beer in the clubhouse. However, the menu looked good. Overall, we loved the whole place and look forward to our return.

12 of us played in the Martha Trust charity fundraiser on a very blowy spring day. The clubhouse staff were cheery and welcoming, the course was in brilliant condition, with a great half way house, if I lived closer I'd definitely join. Played again 2023, The course is still fantastic and the greens are like lightening! Brilliant.

Beautiful location on top of the white cliffs with amazing views, both out to sea and over the rolling countryside… and a very friendly club, both members and staff. It’s actually a very stern test of golf with quite a few blind shots, long up-hillers and some very tricky sloping fairways (one drive I aimed and hit at the very right of the fairway rolled down the slope about 150 yards and ended up down the bottom on the left)… you have to play the contours on a lot of holes. The course also has some unique man-made bumps and ridges placed at strategic points on several holes and one massive hillock aside one of the greens, known locally as the doughnut. I played the course, twice, in clement summer weather… I expect it would be even more of a challenge with the wind whipping in off the sea. All in all a fabulous golfing experience!

Stunning place to play golf. Course was in very good condition for the final day of October. As it’s links it drains incredibly well. Played on consecutive days, the first had benign conditions and glorious sun, the second was true links golf with very strong winds. Some very challenging holes but well worth a visit. We did 2×18 holes, breakfast dinner and one night accommodation for just over £200. Brilliant value

I have been to this golf club many times and it has never failed to impress. The pro shop and bookings team have always been very helpful. The 3 courses are pure, greens roll fast and a lovely setting. Rounds in the wind are awesome but can be very challenging. So sometimes very difficult for a chopper like myself. I always have the best time going to Princes and am excited to return. A must play golf course.

A prestigious links course and one of the 100 best in England. The course is unobstructed, spacious and pleasant. We played Dunes and Himalayas, both after heavy rain, but the grounds were not too badly damaged (although there were puddles in places). They were well maintained and the greens were fast. It was very challenging, but I would like to stay and play in the summer next time🥰 At the end, you enter a toll road, but you can go straight through on the way there. If you see a staff on the way back, just declare that you played golf at Prince's and you can pass through for free.

We had a society day there, it was a lovely winters day, the breakfast was great, the chef very accommodating and staff were lovely. The course was in tip top condition with fast smooth greens and the fairways weren't boggy or muddy like some of the East Kent courses currently are. A brilliant high scoring day had by all including a hole in 1 from one of our members!

The staff are friendly and informative, making you feel welcome and appreciated. From booking the tee time on the phone to the moment we left we everyone was so friendly. The course is the highlight, it’s a stunning short-ish course. With some beautiful views as you make your way around. There is little fort on the picturesque par 3 on hole 5. It seems easy at first with the front 7 holes lulling you into a sense of greatness. Then the course changes and shows you its true colours. With ever greater difficulty not just in yardage but also with the bunkers guarding the greens and hole placement. Talking about bunkers they were all in great condition, with light fluffy sand and extremely well place to catch the average drive. Underneath is chalk which makes for a lovely playing surface. The greens are a tad slow, but tricky with excellently placed holes. Each one has its own character and challenges, many of which are vividly memorable or maybe haunting 😅. Great day. Can’t wait to come back.

Best adventure golf course we've ever played, well kept, with obstacles that move such as a moving windmill and water mill. Staff super friendly and made are experience a lot more friendly. Course can be challenging which is good! It's 18 holes so you get a proper go on it! Price is great. Was a bit packed when we were playing but with such a good course what do you expect. The is also an ice cream parlour next door with lots of different flavours, which was great when we played in the hot weather. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Really nice mini golf, 18 holes sndvthey were very different. Nice touch was a notice board by the tee telling you the high risk high reward shot or the safe shot that will take 1 more stroke. Cafe with seating in dun and shade and indoor area too. Quite s few of the holes had water features and some were much more complicated than others. Great value
