They say they are one of the best draining courses in Kent. I went the day after a big storm. It was one of the only courses open and the condition was better than any course I have played during the winter months. The greens were a bit too hard but better than most. The fairways had drained nicely and played well. Bunkers did have lying water but that’s to be expected with the amount of rain we had recently. Club house is great, modern and welcoming. Pro shop had the most friendly and informative pro I have meet yet, he was friendly and more than happy to help.

I love this course... Inland Links at its finest. Tees and Greens always immaculate. Tricky on a windy day but can be played by all handicappers. Course improvements happening all the time. Course drainage one of the best in the country in winter. Very dry today on a cold and Novembery day.

“Course in good condition, greens receptive if a bit sandy. Beer and golf carts not the cheapest though. Played the Hurricane this week tee off at 1pm bit slow to start with but not to bad, about 3.5 hours for the round in a 3 ball. Fairways decent and not to hacked up. Some nice holes, 9,10,11 and 12 are long holes around the turn and can make or break your scorecard. Playing Spitfire this week. Photos of Hurricane added”
