Darren took on the task of completely re wiring my bungalow, was professional, courteous, it was a big job as all my walls are concrete 😳 Darren is coming back in the new year to sort out the garage. Highly recommend.. Oh and he is great with dogs and I was happy to leave my house with him there with them 😊

Great service by Darren. He was able to come at short notice on a Sunday to help with an urgent issue and was able to resolve it quickly. He kept me informed throughout the job and explained clearly the problem and what needed doing. I will be happy to use him again in future for any other electrical work and would recommend to anyone else.

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. If you are looking for a professional that will complete the work exactly as you desire and provide a high level of service, I highly recommend On-X Electrical for the job. I am very happy with Darren’s work and glad to see that there are professionals like him still making our homes safe. All work was completed to a high standard with no mess left behind.

We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!

Well, this was a great surprise. I'd been working in West Malling all day filming, and my mother in law booked us in for dinner. She is rather discerning, and this was to be her third visit in a couple of weeks, so I had high hopes. We had the taster menu. See the attached pics and what a wonderful gastronomic journey it was. The kitchen team has obviously honed this menu to a level of layered brilliant flavour bombs. We loved this meal and every course was interesting and delicious. We had a nice, well priced Malbec, and I'll be back it it was a great meal. The staff and venue were attentive and yet relaxed. Thanks very much, and keep up the great work!

We booked a private dining room for a family Sunday Lunch and opted for a lamb sharer. We were served beautiful warm bread rolls with a selection of butter and oil and a superb starter. The main Sunday roast meal was delicious with lamb that was so tender and tasty served with onions, garlic and herbs and a selection of vegetables, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and massive Yorkshire puds. Absolutely fantastic meal with sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream to follow. The private room was spacious and set out for our family lunch and it was just what we wanted. We were able to eat in relaxing surroundings with our family. The staff were professional, polite and made are lunch very special. In the words of my granddaughter ‘we are in a super special room’. All in all a wonderful lunch and afternoon.

Another stunning meal at St Leonard’s! I come here every time they change the menu and it just keeps getting better. The food is seasonal, beautifully presented, and tastes amazing. They also have a really good wine selection and elegant cocktails. I’d recommend the Bloody Mary or the chocolate and hazelnut martini (this is really nice for dessert too). 10/10, definitely recommend.

I cannot praise this practice and staff enough! I'm the most anxious, fearful person when it comes to dental work and as I've had awful experiences in the past i wanted to find an exceptional place that could help me overcome my fears and help me with my teeth. Initally I spoke to Claire(dental nurse) who was so lovely and listened to all my woes and got me booked up with Ben. Meeting Ben I was put at ease straight away, hes honest and caring and makes you feel validated! We decided on a treatment plan and had a root canal booked up which I was worried about but i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience because of the teams patience and care for me. From Bellas sweet manner to Cindy the hygenist who is amazing, to Claire whos kept my head level with her caring nature and to Ben the amazing dentist I'm just blown away..thank you guys!!

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. Visited yesterday for Sunday lunch with my nan, she used to attend the reggae nights on a Friday back in the day. Darren was beyond attentive and really made my nan feel special, talking about the old days with her, gave her a tour of the venue, a bowl of the coleslaw she used to eat there and a lovely flower from the gardens as we left. Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
