So I was here 3 months ago, last time I was in Brum. This place is just fantastic, I'll go out of my way to come here. The sandwich is really nice as is the coffee, but really it's the uniqueness of it's decor and the friendless that you encounter every time you come in. I think the way the place and the staff welcome you rubs off the on the people visiting, I always end up having a chat with someone. I didn't even know the back room existed before this visit, lovely space with a wood burner... If only everything in life was this good!

I posted this originally in November but I was trying to add an additional review for my visit in February and I've ended up updating only the date... The review above is not a duplicate it's a different visit.... Type of place I wouldn't expect to exist any more. Really nice sandwich (really nice bread) and great coffee for a good price in cool surroundings. I've been here once before when I stopped in Acocks Green, look forward to coming back again!

Me and my hubby popped in for a coffee. Wow!!!! What a lovely place. We were very impressed they did greek frappe's so reminded us of Greece and the inside and outside garden area is so nice. It was recommended to us ro try it and we absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back,for food next time. A real hidden gem.

My new favorite cafe! Got in a little late for breakfast but they still served it up, and it was brilliant! Every part of the breakfast was cooked perfectly, even the mushrooms which were crispy not soggy . Good ingredients, friendly owners and cosy decor (even has a log burner)! Music was on point too! Will definitely be visiting again!

Visited with a colleague today from work for the first time. Food was great and reasonably priced, but the service from the gentleman that served us was par excellent. 5 star for the guy, made the whole experience great. Highly recommended and will be visiting again for sure.

Nick arrived within the scheduled time and acted with the appropriate skill and care expected of the professional that he is. The quote for the work was provided in an acceptable time frame and the job was promptly booked in to suit the requirements of the relative. Big fan of using local trade and found Nick Clarke Electrical via Google search of nearby electricians. Nick responded quickly to my query and was able to quote based on a few pictures I supplied. Quote was on par with others but really appreciated the additional info and advice he provided. Work was completed a few days later. They arrived when they said they would and I was really happy with the quality of work, tidiness and professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Fully recommend Nick Clarke Electrical. We had various people round to quote for various works (chasing sockets / switches to walls and adding new sockets and lighting etc throughout the house) and we chose Nick as just felt right - his pricing seems very fair and competitive, very friendly and offered us great solutions and ideas we adopted. Nick also came across very professional and efficient in everything he did from quote response times to completing the works. We hope to use Nick again in the future as our go to electrician and very glad we chose him.

Great quality food prepared at a very short notice for a Gathering we planned at home. The Chef is very accommodative on the needs of the client, he gave suggestions on the quantity. All my friends loved the feast served including the kids who enjoyed very well. Highly recommend Mughil Restaurant for traditional South Indian dishes that brings back the memory and taste of home food prepared by our moms and grandma. We are very impressed with the service, Chef was kind enough to send additional Dessert (Pineapple Kesari) and Yogurt rice along with the order as complements. Loved the care and support.....

We have booked this restaurant for our baby shower event and all the foods were delicious and we got so many good reviews in the function . Each food had unique South Indian flavours with good aroma which was our expectation and success behind the beautiful event is mainly food which was well satisfied and we would definitely recommend their service for big events. I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. Thanks again Paul.

I have used Goodwill for several jobs at my home. Paul and his co-worker always arrive on time do an excellent job, they explain exactly what they were doing and make you feel safe and confident. Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a quality piece of work done by professional electricians. There may be “cheaper” quotes out there, but with electrics, I wouldn’t take chances personally. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Work was done quickly and efficiently on the day, tidying up any mess that had been made in the process. Ross and the team are a lovely and very professional i would recommend without hesitation.

Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.
