It was a pleasure dealing with Andy. From the time he came to give us a quote to the time the work was completed, Andy was nothing but professional, polite and friendly. He carried out the jobs I'd asked for quickly and efficiently, and upon finding some faults with the existing electrics he spent lots of time testing all of the sockets to identify the fault and ensure that the circuit was safe. He went above and beyond expectations and I would recommend him highly.

We were so pleased with Andy and would recommend him to anyone. He did a complete rewire of an edwardian house, plus various other bits and pieces. He is the only tradesman I haven't had to chase and is such a good communicator. He is thoughtful and considers the people behind the project and is flexible to their needs. He consistently under-promises and over-delivers and at a fair price. Thanks Andy, you'll be hearing from us again soon as we approach the next stages of our project.

I've been looking for a reliable electrician for ages, and Andy came highly recommended by our painter and decorator. Andy is a true professional, very rare these days: he tells you what he's going to do and he turns up and does it when he says he will. He did a great job for us, explained everything and left the house clean and tidy. Oh, and he's amiable, friendly and polite too... So what more can I say? Highly recommended indeed...

We have used Andy for numerous jobs. To name but a few, we had our whole house rewired and he did an excellent job. There was no mess, Andy is such a tidy worker! Our go to Electrician! Dale has installed a house alarm and security lighting for us as well as coming to fix issues created by other workmen. Great work every time. Always turns up on time, cleans up after he's done and is always polite and happy. He knows his job and he provides good, and honest advice. Just wish there were more people with the work ethic Dale has! We will always use him when we need anything else doing.

Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.

Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a quality piece of work done by professional electricians. There may be “cheaper” quotes out there, but with electrics, I wouldn’t take chances personally. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Work was done quickly and efficiently on the day, tidying up any mess that had been made in the process. Ross and the team are a lovely and very professional i would recommend without hesitation.

Really good electrician and certainly knows his stuff. He sorted my shower out for me and I'm so relieved to know that my shower is now safe. Really like this place. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, always busy and has an excellent selection of real ales and fruit ciders. Plenty of cobs, crisps and snacks to enjoy. The bar staff are also very efficient and attentive - everything you want in your local pub !

Had Adam round to fit a Hypervolt Home Pro charger for my EV, and I’m over the moon with it. He did a cracking job – proper neat and tidy finish, and the whole thing works a treat. You can tell he knows his stuff and really cares about doing a top-notch job. If you’re thinking about getting an EV charger installed, I’d 100% recommend Adam. Been after a decent local chippy for a while now, think I've found it with this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the shop inside is clean with a big seating area. Had kebab chips and drink to eat in, the chips are amazing, well cooked all decent big chips and not over battered, the meat was tasty and fresh. 10/10 no issue's at all the wife had fish and chips and said it was beautiful, so we will definitely be back again.

What a lovely gem. The husband wife running the shop were really hospitable the food was great fresh fish battered made to order. They are one of the few places to do battered chips which was lovely. Finish it off with a nice cup of latte. 3 small fish and chips, curry sauce, couple coffees £23.. will definitely visit again when I'm in black heath

Jack Guest was recommended to us by a wide ranging local WhatsApp Group some members of which had previously had him complete unspecified electrical work for them. On their recommendation, Jack managed to fit in a visit on the day of our initial call to assess the work that potentially needed doing. Because of the nature of the work required which was a relatively small job, he was able to complete the fix on his initial visit. We were EXTREMELY impressed by his manner and helpful demeanour from the moment of our meeting. Our experience would enable us to STRONGLY recommend Jack as worthy of your consideration for any electrical work you have in mind without reservation. We were MOST impressed by his approach and will undoubtedly ask him to complete electrical work on our behalf should the opportunity necessitate it in the future.

I have not been here in a few years, but must say after my visit today and new owners, I would recommend Kenzie's Kitchen. Very clean and modern cafe, welcoming & friendly staff. The food was superb, I had bacon, sausage, egg, black puddling & Tom dip sandwich, the bread was lovely and fresh, bacon, sausage and egg were cooked perfectly. Good presentation, good portion size and served hot. I will be returning. Well done & keep up the good service.
