Super happy with the service! I have to say customer service has been great, I had a few questions and was a little nervous about trying to have someone cleaning my house again after having a few bad experiences. I’ve been reassured and proven that it is possible to have the house the way you want it and it’s not too much to ask for what you want done and how. Had 18 year old seagrass carpet cleaned, did a very professional job, used all the correct equipment so as not to damage the carpet & adhesive. So impressed, i asked if they would do the rest of the house whilst they were there. Excellent service & cleanliness all around. Highly recommended.

Had my stairs, landing & lounge carpets cleaned this morning. The guys who came were friendly and professional and arrived promptly. They were happy to move.work around existing furniture which was really helpful. Carpets look infinitely better… not sure why I didn’t have them cleaned a long time ago! Thank you. Need more stars to rate as far as we're concerned 10🌟s !! I was concerned about our kitchen stone floor, which was very porous and dirty after the very wet 6 months we've all had; along with an 8month old puppy dog who loves digging ! 🐕. So we were very delighted with John and his colleague @ Absolute Cleaning for their friendly, efficient and super clean, and sealing result of the floor. The stone looks brand new and showing its very beautiful colours again. 💯 Recommend Absolute Cleaning, they have a Superb Ethos & are a Quality Company.

With our carpets being only fitted less than 2 years ago I didn’t think I would notice much of a difference as we don’t wear shoes inside our house but our carpets look brand new again! A fantastic job, really impressed by the attention to detail and the care that was given. I didn’t expect carpet testing as part of the service but it was great to see how Matt ensured appropriate chemicals were used on our form of carpet. What we found particularly great is Matts understanding of circumstance. Having a 2 year old running around the house causes havoc in most house but Matt ensured all furniture was moved to a safe place, avoiding any damage and making sure it was safe for my little one to be around with. Great price considering to sheer detail and time spent on the job. Thanks again Matt.

Our end of tenancy cleaning was done by Lubo and his team - professional and courteous, excellent cleaning work. I would let the pictures speak for themselves. To add, Lubo also helped us with minor wall repair and painting works which was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend his services!

Service from LA Maintenance is brilliant, the outcome of the fascias, render, gutters and windows have come up lovely. With the guttering it was really useful to see the camera footage from before and after the clean. Communication has been great from the initial enquiry through to the finished product. Very friendly and professional. Would use LA Maintenance again and will be used for regular cleans moving forward. 100% recommend 👌

Look no further! Dave is a friendly and likeable guy who does a good job. Dave was very thorough in quoting to make sure he could achieve good results. He was clear about what was possible and what was not possible and why. On the day of the job he arrived at the agreed time. He takes pride in his kit and in his work. Dave cleaned our gutters, doors and windows, replaced some connecting brackets and, as a bonus, offered some helpful advice on our renovation project. All looks good! 10/10.

If I could leave more stars I would. What can I say...from my initial contact with Emma I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. We fully discussed what I needed doing and Emma responded extremely quickly and arranged for her team to go to the property within 2 days. I needed a quick response because I have a tight turnaround before a new tenant moves in. I was kept informed via WhatsApp and phone calls, including photos of the state of the kitchen especially. The bathroom is sparkling and the shower screen is like new. When I called in I really couldn't believe the progress being made, the kitchen was particularly bad and I honestly did not think it could be cleaned to such an exceptionally high standard. The 2 guys working were also extremely helpful and worked really hard, obviously proud of what they were able to achieve. The whole house smells clean and fresh. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Emma's company...truly professional and dedicated to providing an excellent service from beginning to end.

As a full time working family, the cleaning cupboard take the stress of housework away on the days off that we have together. They are professional, and leave no corner untouched. Merry Maids have been cleaning for me for many years. My current team of Fiona and Anne are the best, absolutely brilliant! It's wonderful to arrive home after they've been as they leave everywhere glistening and shining. They are without doubt the best team that have ever cleaned for me and I notice if they are off or on holiday. Besides being great cleaners, they are both lovely and trustworthy people.

I have had Merrymaids to do my cleaning for a few years now and I am totally satisfied with my two ladies Holly and Kim. They do an excellent job every time they come and regular callers often remarked on how clean and pleasant my home is. My bathroom comes in for special praise and my daughter always knows when my ladies have been because she says there is always a fresh, clean smell in my bungalow. The bedding is changed and washed every time they come and I didn't have to ask them to do it.They do extras such as wash my mop, make me a drink and carefully clean around any spiders they find because I don't like to kill them. They always have time for a chat, which I enjoy and I regard them as friends. My bill is the same each fortnight and not by the hour, which I particularly like and Holly and Kim never rush but make sure everything is gleaming and clean. When I was taken into hospital as an emergency at the beginning of 2024 the girls came to clean as we never thought to stop them so they quietly let themselves in and cleaned the bungalow in their usual efficient way which proved how trustworthy they were; this is so important. I feel very fond of these ladies and I consider myself very lucky to have them; they are great and I don't know how they do such a good job each time. I would recommend anyone who wants a cleaner to have Merry Maids of Solihull but you can't have my two wonderful ladies; they are the best and a credit to their Company.

Excellent cleaning service received from Cleanse Cleaning. Called Tom for a quote for cleaning due to a change over in tenancies, Tom came over to have a look within an hour, provided a very reasonable quote and sent a cleaner over within an hour or so. Cleaner turned up on time and completed the job within timescale. Price quoted was price paid. Absolutely delighted with the service I received by Merry Maids (Dudley & Wolverhampton). This was the first time using them for a deep clean of my fathers house who struggles with his mobility and general upkeep. Erika, Sharon and Kim were super professional and did an exemplary job and the clean was thorough and extensive with an exceptional attention to detail. This has really allowed us to hit the reset button with regards to his house clean.

We have been using Merry Maids for a couple of years since our baby was born and they are excellent. Sue and Adele arrive promptly (and are patient with me when I'm running late!), do a great, thoughtful and thorough job. Its been lovely getting to know them as well. We only have them for an hour a month but its such a great help. The first consultation appointment was great, the person wasn't pushy and got a feel of our needs before recommending the duration and frequency of visits.

Adele and Sue are simply amazing. I've known Adele the longest and I wouldn't be without her, no matter who she is paired with (albeit I really miss Sophie!) Merry Maids are a more premium service but every visit, they do a deeper clean in one of the rooms on a rotating basis. As a disabled person, I was paying for cheaper cleaners who only did surface-level cleaning and eventually left for more permanent work. The Merry Maids system means that my home is completely taken care of and even if Adele is off, they send someone else round so a clean is never missed. Tom - give them all a pay rise. Your cleaning staff are truly incredible.
