I have to say customer service has been great, I had a few questions and was a little nervous about trying to have someone cleaning my house again after having a few bad experiences. After being let down by another cleaning company, one less thing we're able to come out to me at extremely short notice and they did an amazing job! After undergoing extensive building and renovation work, you can imagine the dust. Russell and Sarah came out at short notice to assess what needed to be done, and sent 2 lovely ladies to tackle the first phase of the work. They were very pleasant, arrived on time, and I couldn’t believe what they’d achieved in the time they were there. I cannot recommend Keith Dobson enough. He is ultra reliable, very professional, and I am so incredibly pleased with how clean my carpets and rugs have come up. A company had spilt radiator fluid down the stairs and left filthy black marks, but you cannot see them at all any more :) I will definitely use his company again when the need arises.

Had my living room carpet cleaned today, it looks brand new. Keith managed to get every last stain and mark out of my cream carpet and bring it back to life. Our end of tenancy cleaning was done by Lubo and his team - professional and courteous, excellent cleaning work. I would let the pictures speak for themselves. To add, Lubo also helped us with minor wall repair and painting works which was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend his services!

Service from LA Maintenance is brilliant, the outcome of the fascias, render, gutters and windows have come up lovely. With the guttering it was really useful to see the camera footage from before and after the clean. Communication has been great from the initial enquiry through to the finished product. Very friendly and professional. Would use LA Maintenance again and will be used for regular cleans moving forward. 100% recommend 👌

What an excellent job Seth and his colleague done on removing the moss from my roof along with emptying and cleaning the gutterings and pvc .It was in such a state but by the time they had finished everywhere looked Immaculate.
