I would highly recommend Bella Cleaning Services. They were very accommodating when booking the time slot and very helpful when discussing my requirements. Two ladies arrived on time and went about their work happily and professionally; both ladies friendly, polite and caring. The outcome from their work was above my expectations. I thought the price was very good for the standard of service. Using Bella Cleaning Services was a very positive experience for me and I am happy to support them with this recommendation.

Amazing work from two lovely ladies to clean our flat. It was a lot of work but they managed to finish it in 3 hours and made a big difference! Especially for the oven and the windows! Would definitely recommend them!

We had a very short time slot for the mattress steam cleaning to take place. With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. They advised us on drying techniques and left for other jobs If ONLY other companies were as professional as this. This Company certainly is a standout performer in the Solihull/Birmingham area

Cleaning Doctor have been great from our first contact with them, gave me a quick competitive quote and booked me in. I would most definitely use Nita again. She was professional, polite, hard working and most importantly gave me a competitive price. I called her to arrange an end of tenancy clean. She visited the property and gave me a really good quote. I’m based in London so requested that she collects the key from the nieghbour. She was happy to do that and arrived on time. She spent a long time cleaning the property and even cleaned the extractor fan filter as a bonus which I was extremely happy with and needless to say I’ll definitely be using her again.

Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward!
