“This is probably one of my new favourites places. The food here is amazing. We got the Desi Omelette and Loaded French Toast. The highlight for me was the Desi tea. It was made fresh and tasted like home. It was reasonably priced and lots of options on the menu to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and there was so much attention to detail in the decor. Would recommend this place highly and will definitely be visiting again soon.”

“Awesome place with the friendliest staff. Came by just before 8am and after a warm welcome I ordered a large flat white and an English breakfast (swapped the tomato for hash brown because I’m not a wrongun). Coffee was on my table in 2 minutes and the breakfast arrived shortly after. Everything tasted great and was brilliant value. Will definitely be back.”

Bloom Solihull

“Review: A Delightful Brunch Date Spot Yesterday, we decided to try out Bloom for a halal brunch date. It’s a cozy spot that’s gained quite a reputation, so we were eager to see if it lived up to the hype. As soon as we arrived, we noticed how busy it was—always a promising sign. Despite the crowd, the line moved surprisingly fast, and the staff was impressively organized. While we waited, the lively buzz of conversations and the sight of colorful dishes being served heightened our anticipation. We ordered hot chocolate, vanilla latte, waffle chicken and croque Madame. We also couple of their pastries. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was another highlight. Even with the packed house, the staff remained attentive and quick to address requests. Our food arrived in under 20 minutes, which is no small feat given how busy it was. If I had to nitpick, it would be the noise level. It’s not the place for a quiet, intimate conversation, but honestly, the energy felt infectious rather than overwhelming. Overall, Bloom delivered on all fronts: delicious food, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit, whether it’s for a casual date or a meet-up with friends. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd—it’s popular for a reason!”

“This place makes one of the best if not the best chai lattes (with oat milk) that I’ve had. I love that it is an independent store and they have some nice meals on the menu. I had lamb bagel and hash brown fries (see photos and I had takeaway). I didn’t love the sauce that come with it and maybe it’s best to have on a pot in the side. But it was nice nonetheless. Staff are friendly and the venue is a nice place to sit and do work or have a little catch up with a friend but the space isn’t the largest. Only thing I’d warn is that the price, (I paid around £17 for the 3 items but I was able to get the hash browns half price with Independent Birmingham App, so it would have been more ) so it is a bit more on the pricier side but worth a visit still. Card only as a payment too.”
