Authentic & friendly coffee shop in blackheath. The owners are always chatty and welcoming. The food is always high quality and tasty. My daughter loves the donuts and the owners always do their best to keep one aside - highlighting the family feel. Highly recommend visiting, a secret for the local residents tucked away behind the conservatoire.

Super friendly owners with great coffee and delicious food options. My favourites/recommendations: empanadas, arepas (recently added), cheese toasty, tortilla with garlic bread, Guinness cake (but I haven't seen it for a while), banana bread, chocolate cake.

This place serves the best cinnamon buns I ever tasted in my life. Freshly baked every day. Just incredible. I’m prepared to make 1hr journey just to have one. Keep on smashing it 🩵 Bravo Francesco & team👏

Dog friendly and family friendly cafe with nice food, friendly staff and sand pit for kids to play! I had a very tasty mortadella Bologna panini. Staffs are amazing, even serve water to Soba. Will come back and try other options out.

I have not been here in a few years, but must say after my visit today and new owners, I would recommend Kenzie's Kitchen. Very clean and modern cafe, welcoming & friendly staff. The food was superb, I had bacon, sausage, egg, black puddling & Tom dip sandwich, the bread was lovely and fresh, bacon, sausage and egg were cooked perfectly. Good presentation, good portion size and served hot. I will be returning. Well done & keep up the good service.

A lovely small individual micro bar on the heart of Blackheath. Good range of ales. Real ciders and a few keg beers. Some lovely traditional pub cobs .

Really like this place. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, always busy and has an excellent selection of real ales and fruit ciders. Plenty of cobs, crisps and snacks to enjoy. The bar staff are also very efficient and attentive - everything you want in your local pub !

Great selection of beer and cyder, cobs are really good, great friendly micro pub and dog friendly, seating could be a little more comfortable.

This place is THE friendliest spot in Blackheath. And it is 100% the chaps who work here. Only staying for a couple of weeks, so can’t really speak for all of blackheath, but these guys seem to bring a smile to the faces of so many London commuters (is there a harder challenge in the world?!) Go say hi and grab a coffee! Location note: it’s actually on the (London-bound) platform, but there’s no ticket barrier. So you could always nip down off the high street!

Friendly staff that make coffee quicker than the x10 staff in most coffee shops. They always have time to ask how you are and are not phased by the commuter rush. You can see queues of 10 people get sorted in 2mins. Best service in Blackheath!

I love stopping at this Puccino's on my way to work because the guys here are so kind, they make my day before it has even started! Thank you for always having a few moments for a chat, even when busy! The speed of making coffees during rush hour is amazing, and they will always try to serve you before your train arrives.

March 2025 marked my first visit to Sugar Me Up!, and let me tell you—it’s a must-try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, a spotless interior, and the sweet, bakery-like aroma that immediately set the mood. The menu offers a fantastic variety of desserts and shakes. I decided on the Kinder Egg cookie dough and the Snow White milkshake, and both were absolutely perfect—packed with flavor and freshly made. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I’m living in UK since 5 years and this is the first time I have eaten such a good waffle! Yes the best waffle I never had here (I took the Ferrero one). Usually, I personally don’t like the chocolate that people put in the waffle and crepe (all the same poor taste) so I stopped buying desserts here but today after work I wanted to eat chocolate and I found on Google Sweetspot with good reviews. I’m glad the reviews are authentic 🥰 Sweetspot, I have to say well done 👌🏾The Belgian chocolate is just amazing with your waffle, also I like the way that you rolled the waffle its original and easy to eat. Between clean, nice and fresh decoration (I love the green chairs). Keep doing this nice waffle please. Thank you and see you soon 🙏🏾

Popped in this morning after driving past it a million times. Had a bac / Sos sandwich can of coke £5. Got to say the sandwich was spot on the sos tasted beautiful. Definitely be going back.

This is a little Gem of a pub in terms of what they have done with the outside area. Plenty of space at tables and well undercover too. Plays music and very popular with the younger pub goer. Has a selection of ciders has Guinness and Doom Bar and a choice of Lagers including Madri. (No I had never heard if it either) but not bad worth a taste. There is table service which was a little slow considering it was quiet but the girl worked hard and is fun for sure and ahe happily talks with you. Definitely recommended, I am pretty sure that it can get very busy at weekends and in very nice weather. Pool table and darts board available too.

So I had the pleasure of joining my work colleagues here for our traditional Christmas dinner. While I wasn't expecting much, it turned out to be a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience even for a group of six! The atmosphere, even though traditional, was very relaxing and our host was cheerful and friendly. The service was well paced. The food was from a Christmas 3 course set menu that did have a good range and we all found something on it that we liked. I had the steak which was delicious but would have been better if it came with a sauce of some sort. Having said that, there were only empty plates left in the end! A little pricey but we all had such a pleasurable and memorable experience and the service was top-notch. Pleased to say I will be returning to this one with the family in the not too distant future!
