Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! I needed to update the front door to my flat to comply with the fire regs post Grenfell. I had a few quotes - mostly in excess of £2k just for the door. Richard's quote was considerably less and he offered good advice on the locks to keep the price down. The door was delivered installed and finished within 10 days. The service was excellent and the team are friendly and polite, turn up on time and do a good job for a competitive price. What more could you ask for?

Highly recommended! We needed to replace our front door euro cylinder after shops had shut and had no key to get into our garage either so gave Halesowen Locksmiths a call. Kain gave a fair quote, was round within 30 minutes and had the garage open and the front door lock replaced in under 15 minutes. Front door lock had become very loose and unsafe. Dean came out within the hour to check and secure it, he identified the problem, he gave me a good quote and was very polite and professional.
