I walked into Aladdin's cave and was instantly mesmerised. I had a particularly irksome problem that Neil solved very quickly. I do like people who think outside the box, and Neil came up with a brilliant solution. The next day, he came over and fitted 3 locks for me. Problem solved and life goes on, Thank you, Neil.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.

Very good service, can not fault the job Neil did sorting out replacement keys for me and my family, very quick and good pricing. showed me locks he was doing for heritage buildings in the UK and how he has done locks for major houses in the world, really can not recommend him enough.

Neil just rebuilt a heritage lock for our Grade 1 listed church and made new keys. His helpful attitude and advice was most welcome and he undertook the work much more quickly than we expected. Skilled craftsmen such as Neil are invaluable.

Josh visited to see if I could upgrade the handles on my doors. He identified a major problem with my front door locking system. He has replaced this and the handle to a modern secure system. An excellent service with very competitive pricing. I would have no hesitation at all to recommend him.

Great service! Easy telephone conversation, then I WhatsApped photos over as requested, Richard was at my home within half an hour and sorted the issue with my door in less than 20 minutes (needed a new eurocyclinder). Very friendly and didn’t charge me for a full lock change as he noticed straight away it wasn’t the full mechanism that was causing a problem. Highly recommend!

Very quick and professional service today to change my front door barrel. They even advised me that changing one of my locks would actually be a security downgrade, so rather than change it for no reason, to receive the full quote from me they were happy to leave it as is and their visit wound up costing me less. Absolutely fantastic job chris has done on my front door lock. My door had deadlocked itself and was worried I was going to have to get a new door. Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed. Needed to get my car key looked at as the unlock button had stopped working. I sussed that it's the button and not the remote itself... Took it to Timpson's inside Morrisons and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Even showed me what was wrong. Friendly, polite service. Saved me £60 on a new key + setting up.

Went to Timpsons, Willenhall (inside Morrisons) for a new car key. After asking for what I thought I needed, Mick who served me suggested different options to solve the problem.
