Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Highly recommended. Very polite and helpful team. I needed an antique lock to be picked and they didn't leave until they had resolved the issue. And also helped with another door lock whilst on their visit. The arrived at the agreed time and were super helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Called CDS at 8pm and he picked up immediately! Gave him a run down of a problem i was having with my vehicle, where the car wouldnt switch on as the key and the immobiliser had an issue. Was given a quote at a very reasonable price! He came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fresh key, as well as fixing my old key. Very happy with his work and he was both prompt and friendly. Cant recommend CDS enough!

It was really quick service done this job on sunday he came all the way from solihull to kings heath it wasn’t easy job because lock button was not working at all . My car key suddenly died on me, the chip inside had totally failed. Called CDS and Cameron arrived the same day, cut and programmed a new key within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service and would very highly recommend

Cam was recommended to us by a family friend and we have used his key replacement service twice. We have been very happy with the service provided as he has been extremely helpful & very professional whenever he has come out to do key replacements. Both times Cam has either come out the same day or the following day. He is very reliable & we would recommend him to everyone!

It wasn’t an emergency but Simon still came out the same day to take a look at the problem, he talked me through everything explaining in detail what the problem was and went to get the necessary parts even giving me the option of quality refurbished parts to bring the cost down. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using again.

Called Matt when I had a problem with my EIS ignition on my W221 S Class Matt diagnosed what he thought the issue was on the phone and was bang on correct. I travelled up to the West Midlands to see him and he resolved the issue in less than an hour - something that I was being quoted 5 days+ via the post. Can't recommend Matt enough - he really knows his stuff - swift and friendly service. My new go to contact for anything Mercedes electrical related.

I being in Wolverhampton was not a problem as R.M.K. supported garage services in and around my local area . Top chap got me sorted. Brilliant service from start to finish. I needed a replacement padlock key as mine was damaged. Quoted me £12.50 and did it straight away. Also took card payment, which was good.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.
