Came here today to get a couple of links taken out my watch. It took the guy less than 5 minutes and cost less than a fiver. I'll never understand why anyone would go to Timpsons or F Hinds and pay stupid money for something this man can do for less than half the price. Cheap, fast and friendly service, what more could you ask for?

I recently chose Glaze Rite to replace an old wooden window and 2 blown windows at my home after reading their glowing reviews online, and I’m happy to say they lived up to the reputation. Wayne came over to measure up after I received the very competitive quote and a change to my initial request. The quality of both the windows and the fitting was spot on, with a clean, professional finish inside and out. There was a slight hiccup with the initial glass, which had a crack in it. However, this was replaced promptly two days later, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work and would 100% recommend Glaze Rite. Excellent service from Wayne and the team from start to finish. Full communication from the start and found Wayne to have many years of experience so he could offer different options without the 'hard sale'. Provided a very competitive quotation and even modified it a few times as we made a few changes along the way, each one we received within the hour. The fitters where on time, polite and worked with the upmost respect for my house. Couldn't fault them, I've even just recommended them to my mom.

James sorted us out twice within a week when we had locked ourselves out. One time was highly time pressured as we were on our way to our wedding and needed to get back inside. James was around within 15 minutes. After the second time, James fitted a thumb lock and this has helped massively. Would recommend highly. James A

Our home was broken into whilst we were at home and we needed to have our locks changed as the safety of our home had become compromised. James had come highly recommended and came out to our home on the same day. He was able to change some fairly tricky locks including those on old doors quickly and efficiently but also used his experience and pragmatic approach to secure any weak spots at our property. He was kind, considerate and highly skillful. We cannot thank him enough for making us feel safe again in our home and being able to take back control after being broken into. Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

Excellent service from Kris! Rapid response to email request to change a lock. Came out and quickly changed with no mess and reasonably priced and now a much more secure lock! Would definitely use again.

Have used Kris in the past to change the lock on my front door when I moved into my house. We got locked out due to the gearbox mechanism failing and the door handle no longer opening the door. We had no other access to our house so called Kris who came round quickly. He managed to get us back into the house and opened the front door. He replaced the gearbox and sorted everything out. Absolute legend, fantastic service with a focus on doing everything he can for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Kris again if I had an issue again or needed some work doing. Cheers!

Kris provided excellent service! He was quick, efficient, and reasonable. But what really impressed me was Kris' friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be completed.

Excellent service. The locking mechanism had jammed up and the replacement parts not available 7 years later. (How unusual!!!) Kris managed to undo it all, clean it, re rivet it back to the frame and adjust it and its as good as new. Thank you Kris good value too. 👏

Craig sorted out a failed mechanism on our french doors and fixed a really annoying back door that was difficult to lock. He explained things clearly to me and I knew the cost upfront. Very friendly and chatty :) Our first time using a locksmith and he arrived when he said he would and sent a whatsapp message with a time.

My locking mechanism disintegrated, I rang Craig, he was with me within a couple of hours, couldn’t fix it there and then due to an unusual part required but made the door secure overnight and returned the next day to fit the correct part he had sourced. Excellent service would highly recommend.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed.
