where to even start, events Asia did an amazing job in organising my wedding. from the finest details to the most extravagant event I have had, Steve was an absolute dream to work with. We used bows and Magic for our event on the 14th August for the LED dance floor and Magic Mirror. Couldn’t fault the customer service and the team were excellent. Lez was fantastic with the Magic Mirror really set the vibe for your wedding.

What can I say, Bows and Magic provided such a wonderful service! We had the pleasure of booking their love letters, dance floor and post box and couldn’t have been happier. The dance floor and letters glistened beautifully and kept our guests dancing and partying all night long. The post box added that special touch for our cards and gifts and guests commented on how lovely it was. Thank you Bows and Magic - we will definitely rebook for any future events and would recommend to anyone looking to add those special extra touches to their events.

I recently hired Dream Moments as the décor company for my wedding and I received an incredible service from beginning to end. I had met Raj from Dream moments at an initial site visit, I asked to trouble him for a few minutes as I was completely clueless with costs and planning a wedding, in which he kindly obliged. I explained to Raj I was still very early on in the planning stages I explained that I had not decided on a venue yet and he gave me some great advice, as I went on to explain the groom’s side will be travelling from another city he advised on the motorcycle museum as one of the better options as opposed to a venue in the city center due to lack of parking and ease of accessibility. He gave me his card and asked for me to get in touch when I’d secured my venue. I did ask the events manager to recommend me companies that had previously worked in the space and would be familiar with its setting – Dream moments was surely on that list! I got in touch with Raj a few short weeks later and he invited me to come for a meeting to discuss options and themes. I was still undecided with a lot of what I wanted, Raj showed me a portfolio of work that Dream Moments had delivered for all kinds of venues. I was really impressed with the versatility. After our initial consultation, I went away to look at some color palettes and themes and then finally came back to Raj with the idea of an ‘enchanted garden’ full of rich and deep colors. I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted my wedding to be a romantic and regal affair. We discussed the staging to which I was really pleased to see a decadent and royal stage option which I just had to have and Raj told me that it was very customizable with the colors of the floral arrangements on the stage. I explained to Raj how I went to a wedding a few months ago where the lighting made for poor photography for my guests and how I wanted the atmosphere to be dreamy and romantic Raj advised the use of up lighting bars and how we could spread them all around the venue, as there was no natural light and with the use of candles we could create any kind of atmosphere. We tried the different colors and his best recommendation was the blush color which I loved! Dream moments provided me with a range of services from printing bespoke ‘In loving memory’ boards, to customizing my welcome sign to match my invitations to the wedding, and then going another step further by making me bespoke floral arrangements to again match my invitation designs. The full list of what dream moments provided: cake table, stage, walkway, sweetheart table, dior chairs for sweetheart table, chivari chairs for guests, floor length table cloths, printing of welcome sign, set up a guest book table, provided up lighting for the entire venue, centre pieces – floral arrangements and candelabras. I was blown away by the incredible service by Raj and the team at dream moments I had the most amazing time. I received compliment after compliment from family and friends and I’m truly grateful that Raj and the team delivered everything to such a high standard. Thank you Raj and thank you Dream Moments.

Kam was brilliant, calm and professional and the Dream Moments team really put our vision for my wedding day to life. 100% recommend these guys, they are professional and have a high attention to detail, I organised a surprise 30th for my wife and they always messaged to check I could speak before contacting. On the day they arrived and set it up quickly and professionally all lads were wearing MPE uniform and were polite and courteous to neighbours, they had to change time of delivery but was contacted to be advised of this and they stuck to the changed time, I hired the 6x6 igloo and Wow what an impact it had on all the guests. I am sure these guys will get some additional business from it, they certainly will be getting a call next time I am arranging any party's excellent from start to finish. Thank you.

Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). We used Kat and her team for our wedding venue draping. The team at Shiny People did an amazing job and everyone complimented the draping and said it made the venue come alive. Before the day, they were prompt to reply to emails, very competitively priced and went above and beyond to find fabric that suited our theme. On the day, Kat herself arrived promptly and worked effortlessly by herself. I would highly recommend this company for any of your events- they are a talented team who deserve all the recognition and I wish them every success in their business!

We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

We had our wedding party at Alcott in August 2023. We had such a memorable day and we’re so pleased that we chose this venue for the occasion. The location is stunning, set in the peaceful countryside, easily accessible by road with plenty of space and parking. It was perfect for our casual festival-style wedding. From enquiry to D-day Lucy and Lindsay were a pleasure to work with, between them they made sure that we had everything organised before the big day. Would definitely recommend!

We photographed a wedding recently at Alcott Wedding & Events and it was such a lovely setting for the couple’s special day. It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere and the day ran perfectly. Would definitely recommend Alcott if you’re looking for a tipi wedding or event venue near Warwickshire or Worcestershire.

From the moment I met Lucy, she felt like a friend. Working together to plan my wedding was so much fun, she made the process completely stress free and was always on hand for questions and suggestions. Lucy provided a really fantastic list of suppliers who helped me curate the very best day, from big ticket items such as tipis and catering, to last minute table cloths. The venue is absolutely stunning, beautiful country side and horses make for the perfect back drop for photos and I can attest to the excellent drainage system - we had buckets and buckets of rain and the fields remained flood free!! Don't let the English weather put you off booking Alcott Farm, you'll have the best day rain or shine, I really can't recommend it enough.

We recently had our wedding at Alcott Farm and had the most incredible day! We wanted an outside festival tipi wedding and the Alcott Farm site definitely delivered. The view with the lake was lovely and the field itself is massive so there is lots of room for other activities and games! There was lots of flexibility about what suppliers for the day we could use but Lucy also had a whole list of recommended suppliers which made some things a lot easier too. The run up to the wedding with communication from Lucy, the events manager and other recommended suppliers was brilliant. They made sure every detail was accounted for, checking up on us throughout the whole planning process and after the event. Couldn't recommend Alcott Weddings, Lucy and the team enough, thank you for making our day so perfect!
