Having Shiny People transform the venue has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Not only are they incredibly talented at what they do, but their creative vision sets them apart and their keen eye for design and decor really did transform the venue onto a whole other level. Sati and Kelly brought their passion to all of the events; we wanted a luxurious feel with a wow factor, they certainly delivered! The decor, set pieces, colour schemes and feel truly exceeded our expectations. Absolutely fantastic, it really set the vibe for a magical week. Thank you! I cannot praise Kelly and Sati enough for all their help and support in designing us our dream wedding despite us all navigating a Covid pandemic. From start to finish, the experience with Vogue has been second to none. They have always been only a phone call away, even when extremely busy and have been able to support us in achieving our vision not only on decor but giving us recommendations for other things we needed for the wedding. The room looked and felt magical and that was due to the amazing atmosphere they helped to create us at Ragley Hall. They are definitely the best in the business!

There are always unexpected delays or hiccups with any big event : this is to be expected, but Steve managed everything for us so that we could simply sit back and enjoy our day. 100% recommend these guys, they are professional and have a high attention to detail, I organised a surprise 30th for my wife and they always messaged to check I could speak before contacting. On the day they arrived and set it up quickly and professionally all lads were wearing MPE uniform and were polite and courteous to neighbours, they had to change time of delivery but was contacted to be advised of this and they stuck to the changed time, I hired the 6x6 igloo and Wow what an impact it had on all the guests. I am sure these guys will get some additional business from it, they certainly will be getting a call next time I am arranging any party's excellent from start to finish. Thank you.

I had the chance to work with Georgie yesterday, and she was fantastic! Super organised and always there to help out, making sure everything ran smoothly. She's incredibly hardworking and such a lovely person to be around. From calming last-minute nerves to handling every detail with ease, she went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

We got married in 2012 and I cannot believe it was 10yrs ago now. We originally picked up Alexis card at our chosen wedding venue and I knew then that it was meant to be. Weddings are incredibly stressful in soo many ways and I am very particular. I knew that I needed somebody on the day that had our back and had our full vision of how we wanted our day to be and look like. We didn’t have the luxury of being at the venue the day before due to another wedding, so the first time we we’re going to see the room all made up was the same time as our guests. Alexis met with us, she discussed our wants and need’s and organised and pulled together all the details for the day. Nothing was too much trouble and honestly if I got married again, I would have Alexis. On the day of the wedding Alexis viewed the church to ensure everything was as it should be, she went on ahead to the venue and helped orchestrate suppliers/musicians/photographers/staff/guests etc… when we arrived at the venue, I was literally blown away. It couldn’t have gone any smoother and I honestly put that down to having Alexis. Her communication, organisation, attention to detail is second to none. We recently had our wedding day at Swallows Nest barn and the day couldn’t have gone better! The venue is stunning, the staff go above and beyond throughout the entire process, and the food from Lemon Zest was incredible. On the wedding day, the barn was the most intimate gorgeous location for a ceremony, and the outside areas are so perfect for a drinks reception. The second room was perfect for the evening reception and looks stunning from outside too with all the gorgeous lights that come on when it gets dark. With the venue being on a farm, there are multiple stunning locations for photos, both inside the barn/courtyard and also in the farm fields and tracks. Overall, we had an absolute blast planning our wedding day and the team at Swallows Nest made everything so easy and were always so accommodating with anything we asked. Massive shout out to Beth & Leanne, our amazing coordinators who helped us plan our perfect day. Book this venue, you won’t regret it!

We knew we wanted to get married in a barn, as soon as we walked into the Swallow Nest we knew it was our venue. The run up to the wedding we were kept in the loop, every email answered in record time and every little question I had, the team ensured they found an answer. Special mentions have to go to Leanne and Beth. Leanne saw my vision and got it perfect on the day, no job was too big or small. The day ran so smoothly and she took away every anxiety I had. If there were any issues on the day I was unaware and I am positive it was all due to Leanne. Just such a joy to be around, our planning meetings with her were so organised and she would always be replying to my endless emails. I feel like we had a special connection with Beth- she was the member of the team that showed us around that first time, she always would go out of her way to come and speak to us on the endless open days we attended and the evening of our wedding she was a super star. Always making sure me and my husband had drinks in hand, being a great MC and even grabbing me some paracetamol at the end of the night. Nothing was too much for her or any of the team. I loved the intimacy of the venue even when people were outside, in the shoot room or the barn it felt like we were all together. Every guest that came to our day mentioned how nice the venue was. Our day was perfect from start to end and the venue was such a huge part of it. Thank you so much to all of the Swallows Nest Team.

I’m not sure words can express how amazing Swallows Nest and the team are but here we go! From the moment we looked around at our first viewing Abby and the team were amazing, always on hand to answer any questions, throughout our whole planning process no amount of viewings were too much we managed to take several family members over to see the venue before the wedding. The whole planning process was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff shoutout to Alice, Beth and Leanne for always being at the end of an email and helping us through our planning meetings. The big dah was fabulous, Leanne was on hand all day, and we didn’t have a smooth morning with a poorly flower girl! But everything was handled so professionally and smoothly it really relaxed my nerves! Leanne took my vision and created it so perfectly it exceeded everything I had envisioned. When Beth took over in the evening again everything was handled so professionally and she really did make the evening with how she made sure guests were where they should be. The serving and bar staff were also fabulous, constantly making sure we had a drink in our hand and checking our food was okay. The venue itself is stunning, the courtyard is a gorgeous little sun trap and the rest of the venue has amazing views. We really did have the best day and we wish we could do it all over again.

Swallows Nest Barn is a real treasure of a venue. The barn, courtyard and surrounding areas are naturally stunning and make for a great setting and photo opportunities - they only need some small touches to make your wedding unique to you! The staff are 10/10, every single one of them puts in so much effort to give you a wonderful day! The food is also fantastic by Lemon Zest, and we even managed to add on an ice cream cart! We had an unbelievable wedding here in July and our guests also had an amazing time. Would 100% recommend this venue!

Best decor company ever! From the initial meeting to the end, Dream Moments were absolutely amazing. Kam was brilliant, calm and professional and the Dream Moments team really put our vision for my wedding day to life. I recently hired Dream Moments as the décor company for my wedding and I received an incredible service from beginning to end. I had met Raj from Dream moments at an initial site visit, I asked to trouble him for a few minutes as I was completely clueless with costs and planning a wedding, in which he kindly obliged. I explained to Raj I was still very early on in the planning stages I explained that I had not decided on a venue yet and he gave me some great advice, as I went on to explain the groom’s side will be travelling from another city he advised on the motorcycle museum as one of the better options as opposed to a venue in the city center due to lack of parking and ease of accessibility. He gave me his card and asked for me to get in touch when I’d secured my venue. I did ask the events manager to recommend me companies that had previously worked in the space and would be familiar with its setting – Dream moments was surely on that list! I got in touch with Raj a few short weeks later and he invited me to come for a meeting to discuss options and themes. I was still undecided with a lot of what I wanted, Raj showed me a portfolio of work that Dream Moments had delivered for all kinds of venues. I was really impressed with the versatility. After our initial consultation, I went away to look at some color palettes and themes and then finally came back to Raj with the idea of an ‘enchanted garden’ full of rich and deep colors. I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted my wedding to be a romantic and regal affair. We discussed the staging to which I was really pleased to see a decadent and royal stage option which I just had to have and Raj told me that it was very customizable with the colors of the floral arrangements on the stage. I explained to Raj how I went to a wedding a few months ago where the lighting made for poor photography for my guests and how I wanted the atmosphere to be dreamy and romantic Raj advised the use of up lighting bars and how we could spread them all around the venue, as there was no natural light and with the use of candles we could create any kind of atmosphere. We tried the different colors and his best recommendation was the blush color which I loved! Dream moments provided me with a range of services from printing bespoke ‘In loving memory’ boards, to customizing my welcome sign to match my invitations to the wedding, and then going another step further by making me bespoke floral arrangements to again match my invitation designs. The full list of what dream moments provided: cake table, stage, walkway, sweetheart table, dior chairs for sweetheart table, chivari chairs for guests, floor length table cloths, printing of welcome sign, set up a guest book table, provided up lighting for the entire venue, centre pieces – floral arrangements and candelabras. I was blown away by the incredible service by Raj and the team at dream moments I had the most amazing time. I received compliment after compliment from family and friends and I’m truly grateful that Raj and the team delivered everything to such a high standard. Thank you Raj and thank you Dream Moments.

We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

We booked a chocolate fountain, candyfloss machine, popcorn, 360 photo booth and fireworks for my brothers walima function and everything exceeded our expectations! First of all, they were very organised and provided such an amazing service! The chocolate fountain had a huge variety of bites which were all fresh and the popcorn was delicious too. All our family and friends really enjoyed it all, especially the 360 Photo Booth. This was a HIT!!! We had so so so much fun on there and everyone got a chance to have a go. I HIGHLY recommend royal wedding events for your wedding or party functions! We will definitely book them again in the future. Also, just to add, every worker who was there was kind and listened to what we wanted which really made a difference!
