The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

We entrusted Harpreet and his team to create a memorable look for our sons 1st birthday and boy did they deliver. What unfolded before my eyes was nothing short of spectacular! Not in a million years could I have envisioned such a perfect setting. The detail throughout the room was mind blowing. The enchanted jungle theme embedded within the family table was so creative and stunning. The day went without any stress to a seamless planned experience. Wow what an amazing transformation to the marquee at Coombe Abbey for our event, we were blown away by the design and creativity from Chetna and her design team, they were great and professional on the day and the room looked spectacular. My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

Brett and Liz are absolutely incredible. Liz made our wedding room look absolutely stunning. Their customer service was brilliant from the emails, phone calls and meeting at their showroom. Liz understood perfectly what my vision was and gave some great advice. They have an amazing choice of decor and had everything we wanted. Brett was a fantastic DJ and the dance floor was full all night. Me and my husband are so thankful to ElegantlyBe for making our day so special. We loved the ‘dancing in the clouds’ during our first dance and the led dance floor was great. I would highly highly recommend these so anyone planning a wedding. Brett and Liz at ElegantlyBE are incredible!! After attending a family members wedding a few years ago where Brett was DJ and following them on Facebook for a while, we decided to book Brett as our DJ for the evening with his beautiful all white set up, which matched the aesthetic of our wedding perfectly! We also had the gorgeous floral arch in the Italian gardens and the huge Mr&Mrs Page letters for our wedding breakfast room! Both Brett and Liz could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble and they worked super closely with our wedding venue to make our vision come to life! Brett played tune after tune on the evening… nobody left the dance floor all night and everyone couldn’t praise him enough! Well what can we say? We are lost for words to describe how amazing Liz and Brett were at our wedding. From the moment we had our first call to on the actual day, we felt so comfortable and sure that they were going to make our day a truly special one. We used quite a few decorative pieces from the , their dj and photo booth. The giant heart just pulled the room together so well and so did the Mr and Mrs. Brett was amazing at master of ceremonies and doing all the little things for example we had a beat the song game where myself and my husband had to run round getting photos with everyone - he made it so fun and we were in fits of laughter. We could not fault the music he played in the evening. Brett listened to want we wanted and we've been told by many guests that they were waiting for a bad song so they could get a drink etc.. but it didn't happen we could have danced all night. The photo booth was brilliant especially for our younger children. Our album is full of the children having the time of their live ls and we love looking back on it. Finally Liz should be known as 'wedding mother hen' as she was just such a lovely presence to have as our coordinator for the day. If anything was going slightly wrong or off plan she took care of it and truly put us at ease. Liz and Brett you were absolutely phenomenal and we can't wait for another occasion to celebrate so that we can use your services again.

She provided partial wedding planning services in the year leading up to our day and her knowledge, expertise and advice was invaluable in helping us to create the most perfect day! We met Clare’s wedding at an open day at The Dodford Inn where it was stunning and we knew we had to use her! We met up and went through everything we wanted and she was fantastic! We recently got married and used Clare's Weddings to do our fresh flowers and we also hired their absolutely stunning blossom trees. I met Clare to show her my vision through Pinterest photos and she understood the theme right away, knowing exactly what flowers to use and they couldn’t have been more perfect! They were so elegant and classic, everything top quality and Clare herself is so professional. NEW Clare was so friendly and professional. our wedding was breathtaking the attention to detail was unbelievable. John arrived ahead of time, excellent photo booth really made the party special. Great selection of props with well designed post card photo momentoes. I found Lynda to be extremely organised before and on the day of our wedding party. She was meticulous in having her own order of events broken down hourly and made sure everything was covered. On the day Lynda was on top of all the key events and the day ran smoothly. Lynda was also friendly and approachable and I did not have to worry about things happening when they needed to, and when they didn't, due to a technical glitch, she was there sorting it out. Nothing was too difficult for her. She even made sure the toilets had an hourly check. I would recommend Lynda's services.

Where do I start? This woman is truly amazing! We had no idea in regards to organising a wedding and so we both agreed on searching for a Wedding Planner to assist us. Lynda Smallman came highly recommended to us and she lived up to her reputation. She is extremely organised, calm, friendly, and most of all, very experienced. Lynda put us at ease straight away and it was lovely to have her in our home, casually chatting over a brew about our big day. She really does have a nice way with people. Lynda coordinated our wedding with great ease, she was continually full of great ideas and solutions. Thanks to Lynda our wedding flowed beautifully, she accompanied my wife on her wedding dress shopping day, she sat with us and blasted out ideas/planning/supplier searching etc, she was with us the day before our wedding and throughout the whole of big day. Lynda was our wedding coordinator a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough good things about her! She made the day seamless, if there was a problem we didn’t know about it, she made sure we stuck to all of our planned timings and she ensured we got everything done we wanted! She was worth her weight in gold, it was so nice to not worry about things because we knew Lynda was on top of it! Even just moving chairs across after the ceremony, ensuring we had a cake knife, going round the tables and tidying up so there wasn’t rubbish everywhere! Belcote Farm, what can I say except wow and thank you. The most perfect venue, the most perfect owners for our most perfect day. Our guests are still messaging and talking to us about our wedding nearly 6 weeks ago! You made everything so easy and relaxed which is just what we were after. If ‘posh and fancy’ weddings aren’t your thing (and they definitely aren’t ours!) then Belcote Tipi Farm is the place for you. A chilled and relaxed approach to weddings in the most beautiful setting, opportunities to DIY and set up yourself the day before if you’re a slightly type A bride (like me!) it was everything we wanted and more. The most perfect day! We attended Belcote Farm Tipis for a friend’s wedding in August 2024 and couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. The relaxed, festival vibes were perfect and there were loads of things to do to keep guests entertained throughout the day. Yaz & Chris were extremely attentive and helpful and any problems we had were quickly sorted by them. Highly recommend the venue, just wish we could do it all over again!

As soon as Belcote opened back in 2021, I knew if I was to ever get married, this is where I would want it to be and my goodness it did not disappoint! We got married at St John’s Church in Hagley and moved onto our reception after. To say we had the best most fun day is selling Belcote, Yaz and Chris extremely short. From enquiring to clear up Yaz and Chris were perfect hosts, supporting, giving tips working so seamlessly with all of our vendors and helping out along the way. We wanted a really chilled but fun day and belcote delivered and more. From the stunning setting to marshmallows by the fire, a massive tug of war and the silent disco my partner was dreading, but said, was the highlight of his night. The day just kept on giving. These brothers are amazing at what they do. They sorted me out a full set of house lights (with ann added gate) and a 4 x 6 marquee in the back garden. Flooring, tables, chairs and lighting all included. Great price and genuinely very good at what they do. Would high recommend them!
