I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Not only was she the ultimate professional with clear communication, vision, and support from a suppliers perspective, she was a constant support to the Bride, Groom and guests throughout the wedding day. Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

NEW Clare was so friendly and professional. our wedding was breathtaking the attention to detail was unbelievable. I was speechless when I walked in to our venue honestly my expectations where blown away i was speechless it was so beautiful. . We met Clare’s wedding at an open day at The Dodford Inn where it was stunning and we knew we had to use her! We met up and went through everything we wanted and she was fantastic! We recently got married and used Clare's Weddings to do our fresh flowers and we also hired their absolutely stunning blossom trees. I met Clare to show her my vision through Pinterest photos and she understood the theme right away, knowing exactly what flowers to use and they couldn’t have been more perfect! They were so elegant and classic, everything top quality and Clare herself is so professional. Clare decorated our wedding venue perfectly and made us the most beautiful bridal bouquets. She was very patient and understanding when we made a few last minute decisions. All night we had friends and family complimenting the decor and venue. Clare is lovely and we can't recommend her enough!!

What can I say! Rachel took my vision and brought it to life...and then some. Her support, skill and organisation were second to none and because I was able to put my trust in her and her lovely team, I knew that everything would work out just perfectly - and it did! I can't thank Rachel enough for the hours of chatting on the phone to me, chasing down suppliers, and guiding my creativity to result in the most spectacular day, that many weeks on, people (including myself and my new hubby) are still raving about.

Rachel is utterly brilliant. If you are looking for someone who will take the reigns as much as YOU need them to (in our case this was a lot), will genuinely listen to every single one of your requests and ideas and help you bring your dream wedding to life in an incredibly organised and calm manner, then this is your planner. Rachel has a wonderful aura about her. She is very direct and to the point which is exactly what you need when you are wedding or party planning however, she has the patience of a saint and will work with you to ensure you are getting what you want and need in the most tasteful way and has some incredibly recommendations and relationships with some very talented suppliers. We really would not have had the wedding of our absolute dreams if it wasn’t for Rachel. She was with us throughout the whole of our Wedding (we had a 3 day event) and she made everything seamless and worked her absolute socks off, looking incredible whilst doing it. We had a few mishaps throughout the process, and we would never have known as she had sorted them out seamlessly before we even knew what had happened! Rachel is superb at keeping you on track and accountable for your required input and actions and will always communicate with you in the way that works best for you. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and highlighted how incredibly smooth everything went and how brilliantly organised the whole thing was. Rachel was also on hand to get me into my dress on the day (photo’s attached) whilst giving me a pep talk and carry my train too, she is just the nicest most genuine person. We genuinely adore Rachel and I truly do consider her a great friend of ours. Thank you, Rachel!

We live in the U.S. and were planning a wedding in the very beautiful but very distant Cotswolds. One of the first and best decisions we made after we chose our venue was hiring Rachel. Her knowledge of the absolute best of the best local vendors was invaluable in creating the most magical day of our lives. Rachel's taste level is exceptional but, having said that, what's even more impressive is she took a jumbled collection of ideas of what we like (color! fun! gold! rustic...but elevated!) and expertly focused our thoughts into an unbelievable and gorgeous backdrop for our big day. We couldn't have been happier and we got so many compliments from everyone on the signage, the flowers, the decor, the styling, the furniture and games, the general setting and ambience - and Rachel had a hand in creating it all. Working with her was really effortless, and that's saying something considering our 8-hour time difference. She always made herself available to meet if we needed to hash things out or answer lots and lots of emails. She has an incredibly calming and reassuring presence, is perfectly organized and across everything. I mean it when I say there was not a SINGLE hitch of any kind on the wedding day - everything looked incredible, was executed incredibly and what felt to me like effortlessly but surely there was a ton of effort to make it all feel so seamless. It was truly incredible having Rachel to help create and bring to life our big day. If you're considering hiring Rachel, take this as a sign to do it now!

Rachel is AMAZING – don’t hesitate to book her! She was our wedding coordinator , and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. My wedding took place at my parents’ house, which isn’t a conventional wedding venue, and as someone who isn’t great at accepting help, I was repeatedly told by others that I needed someone to manage the day. Thank goodness I listened, because Rachel was an absolute lifesaver. She came highly recommended by a friend who said she was brilliant, and they were absolutely right. From the very beginning, Rachel was engaging, supportive, and involved in every step of the process. On the day, she managed all the suppliers (and there were a lot of them, including a rather difficult chef) and ensured everything ran seamlessly. I’m pretty sure things must have gone wrong at some point, but I never noticed because Rachel had it all under control. Despite the challenges of working with a location that wasn’t set up for weddings – dealing with generators going down, glassware issues, tricky access points, and car parking in farmers’ fields – Rachel handled it all with ease. She truly became part of the day and was there from start to finish, even looking after one of my friends who had a bit too much to drink! Rachel, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you so much for everything!

The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

We entrusted Harpreet and his team to create a memorable look for our sons 1st birthday and boy did they deliver. What unfolded before my eyes was nothing short of spectacular! My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

Chahal Events Group did an unbelievable job for our wedding reception! Completely transformed the venue and it was absolutely breathtaking. Sukh understood our worries about the venue being quite bland and light during the day and really gave us the evening reception look despite it being during the day. Thank you so much for everything! Chahal Events did our wedding last year and Sukh was fantastic! He was punctual, organised, very creative to help with designs, reasonably priced, reliable and overall great with customer service. He also came back to do my sisters wedding this year and did another fantastic job! Extremely knowledgeable in the business, and a really calm and collected demeanour - exactly what every couple needs through the crazy wedding planning journey. Leah and the team at Cherished Moments were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went in with no idea of what I wanted just 3 months until my wedding day.
