This company is my go to for any sort of balloons and decorations! My daughters balloons have still lasted and her birthday was in March! This is the type of amazing quality you would expect from Katie! Any ideas I give her she will fulfil them and make them better than expected! Katie did some personalised balloons for my hen party/wedding and also did quite alot of my wedding stationery; name cards, table plan, stickers for my favours, menus and some signs. NEW Clare was so friendly and professional. our wedding was breathtaking the attention to detail was unbelievable. I was speechless when I walked in to our venue honestly my expectations where blown away i was speechless it was so beautiful. . From countless emails and WhatsApps clare would always reply and was so helpful we even changed a few things before the wedding with no issues. Clare decorated our wedding venue perfectly and made us the most beautiful bridal bouquets. She was very patient and understanding when we made a few last minute decisions. All night we had friends and family complimenting the decor and venue. Clare is lovely and we can't recommend her enough!!

We used Cloud Nine for our wedding a month ago and we can't recommend them enough. We heard about them after being impressed with their work at my brother's wedding. The ladies are so welcoming and helpful when discussing different options and nothing is too much trouble. They have a lot of options to choose from and we chose to have light up letters, floral arch, photo booth, sweetie table and memory ladder. Had our venue not offered decor items included, we certainly would have chosen more options from them. They also helped us with recommendations and transportation for our cake and florist suppliers which again were great. Thanks ladies, you helped make our big day the best day ever! 😊

Maxine, Sue and all the team are FANTASTIC. We used Cloud Nine to help decorate our wedding venue on 16th September. From booking to close down they were brilliant. Communication is swift and the team are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The quality of their work is incredible. We hired the moongate, cake hoop, light up signs and had our table decorations set up by the team. The team did a beautiful job of the cake hoop and moongate flowers, and the moongate was hit for selfies after the ceremony. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to set up an occasion, Cloud Nine is your best bet!

Where do i begin... from the moment i met these lovely ladies i felt comfortable and knew that they were as bothered as i was to make sure that the décor looked amazing for our big day. We got married on 24th Feb 2023 and cloud nine decorated the ceremony room for us along with other items i requested, flower wall, memorial ladder, LOVE letters, centre pieces etc. There attention to detail was amazing, i met with Sue many times at the unit before to discuss exactly what i wanted, and made several changes leading up to the big day which was never a problem. They were always so welcoming and listened to everything i wanted and decorated it perfect, just as i imagined. Thank you so much ladies the experience was so much easier with you! i would definitely use Cloud Nine services again and would recommend any Brides to consider using them to help take of the stress.

I have had numerous balloons from Nellie Mae parties from birthday balloons, new baby balloon, elf Christmas balloons and each and everyone has exceeded my expectations! I asked for decals for some signs for our wedding! Nellie May offered a variety of options, fonts and checked all the details, beautiful designs and great customer service, would definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again when I can!

I hired the light up large numbers for an 18th party. They were delivered as required to the venue and collected the next day. Very efficient service and easy to communicate with Sammie.

My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.
