POM events ran a cocktail masterclass for our friends hen party in Birmingham. Mike was our host and he provided an amazing experience. I was very impressed with the set up, with each cocktail having its own glassware and garnish, it really made the evening extra special. The cocktail class was excellent value with the most delicious cocktails. It was a fun class, even if you already knew how to make it you still learned something new as Mike was very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use POM events again, the customer service was excellent.

I recently hired Dream Moments as the décor company for my wedding and I received an incredible service from beginning to end. I had met Raj from Dream moments at an initial site visit, I asked to trouble him for a few minutes as I was completely clueless with costs and planning a wedding, in which he kindly obliged. I explained to Raj I was still very early on in the planning stages I explained that I had not decided on a venue yet and he gave me some great advice, as I went on to explain the groom’s side will be travelling from another city he advised on the motorcycle museum as one of the better options as opposed to a venue in the city center due to lack of parking and ease of accessibility. He gave me his card and asked for me to get in touch when I’d secured my venue. I did ask the events manager to recommend me companies that had previously worked in the space and would be familiar with its setting – Dream moments was surely on that list! I got in touch with Raj a few short weeks later and he invited me to come for a meeting to discuss options and themes. I was still undecided with a lot of what I wanted, Raj showed me a portfolio of work that Dream Moments had delivered for all kinds of venues. I was really impressed with the versatility. After our initial consultation, I went away to look at some color palettes and themes and then finally came back to Raj with the idea of an ‘enchanted garden’ full of rich and deep colors. I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted my wedding to be a romantic and regal affair. We discussed the staging to which I was really pleased to see a decadent and royal stage option which I just had to have and Raj told me that it was very customizable with the colors of the floral arrangements on the stage. I explained to Raj how I went to a wedding a few months ago where the lighting made for poor photography for my guests and how I wanted the atmosphere to be dreamy and romantic Raj advised the use of up lighting bars and how we could spread them all around the venue, as there was no natural light and with the use of candles we could create any kind of atmosphere. We tried the different colors and his best recommendation was the blush color which I loved! Dream moments provided me with a range of services from printing bespoke ‘In loving memory’ boards, to customizing my welcome sign to match my invitations to the wedding, and then going another step further by making me bespoke floral arrangements to again match my invitation designs. The full list of what dream moments provided: cake table, stage, walkway, sweetheart table, dior chairs for sweetheart table, chivari chairs for guests, floor length table cloths, printing of welcome sign, set up a guest book table, provided up lighting for the entire venue, centre pieces – floral arrangements and candelabras. I was blown away by the incredible service by Raj and the team at dream moments I had the most amazing time. I received compliment after compliment from family and friends and I’m truly grateful that Raj and the team delivered everything to such a high standard. Thank you Raj and thank you Dream Moments.

Emma is absolutely amazing! From our first Zoom call about a year before up until till the day of the wedding, she made me feel so relaxed and had so many beautiful ideas! We had planned for an outdoor wedding and the weather didn’t go to plan for us but straight away Emma had another plan and just made it absolutely perfect! We had five rivers cater for our wedding at Manor by the lake on the 3rd of November. The food was absolutely delicious! From canapes to our main wedding breakfast the standard was superb. Five Rivers catered our wedding at Sandon Hall on July 15th 2023 and they were everything and more that you could want in a wedding caterer. Their service and execution was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The planning process was brilliant, Hemma, Ravi and the team were so accommodating and helpful on the phone and over email, making the planning a lot easier. We had a fantastic day tasting our menu with our family, at their lovely restaurant in Walsall ahead of the wedding, so we could make any tweaks. Then on our wedding day, Ravi and their team were looking after us all and they honestly couldn’t have done more for us or all our guests. People mentioned it was the best wedding food they had ever had! All the courses from the Canapés to the wedding breakfast were perfectly executed, very hot and with generous servings. Ravi also saved mine and my husbands desserts while we were outside having photos which was a thoughtful thought. Five Rivers catered our wedding at The Belfry and we were so glad that we chose them! From the day that we first communicated with Five Rivers, we received exceptional customer service throughout. The booking process was seamless and communication was always quick and professional. We then had our taste testing session, which was a whole experience in itself. We were able to note any adjustments to each individual dish and five rivers catered for a nut allergy brilliantly, handling the situation with the utmost care. Ravi dealt with my endless communication really well, and seamlessly made last minute changes to the menu. On the day, Ravi went above and beyond to make our day extra special, to the point of delivering breakfast to my room, ahead of the ceremony. He continued to be very attentive to us, as the bride and groom, ensuring that we were comfortable and well fed throughout. My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

We cannot say enough how amazing Emma was to have coordinating our wedding day. We found her through another supplier and when we had our initial consultation it was like we’d known her forever. What a gorgeous human! There were a few issues on the day and they were handled perfectly without guests knowing. So many of our guests also asked who the lovely lady was wandering around checking things were okay. Emma was like a little pixie flitting around making sure the day was as planned and even appearing with drinks etc when I didn’t even know I needed it! If you’re on the fence about hiring her, don’t hesitate as she is like an old friend who wants your day to be as special as you deserve.

Emma coordinated our wedding in April & I owe her far more thank yous then I can express in one review but it’s worth a try! We had a DIY wedding - which whilst amazing - meant we had to organise every vendor (down to the glassware). I thought having Emma there meant that as I noticed things on the day I could let her know and she’d be able to sort them so we weren’t rushing around. But after 1 quick run through she had absolutely everything nailed. On the day, every time I looked around - thinking about things I was going to ask to be done - she had already done it. I don’t even remember asking for half of them. Emma also fit in so seamlessly with our guests. Even my mum thought she was just the most incredibly helpful friend to begin with. After so much planning I was slightly worried we would be too busy on the day to actually enjoy the wedding but booking Emma was the best decision we made! As soon as I saw how she worked I didn’t feel stressed at all and we had the absolute best time! If you are thinking of booking Emma, absolutely go for it - she will blow you away with how incredible she it! Thank you again Emma! ❤️

Em was the perfect person to have as your on the day wedding coordinator. She is calm, organised, creative and a genuinely lovely person. She came to our venue 2 days before the wedding for me to give her a handover of the timeline and all the the little details we needed someone to take control of on the day. She collaborated with our caterers and all vendors on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. She thinks of things you’ll forget, like helping us pick a song to walk out to, lighting candles, reminding groomsmen of timings and making sure food will be timed well with speeches. She also took some lovely photos and videos for us which were amazing to look at the next day. She was fun to have around and made us even more excited about our wedding day, yet somehow also went about in a quiet ‘in the background’ way so it just seemed like everything was seamless. Extremely knowledgeable in the business, and a really calm and collected demeanour - exactly what every couple needs through the crazy wedding planning journey. Charan you were so helpful and no ask was too big. We planned our 3 day, big Indian wedding in 6 months - and we could never have done it without you. The weekend was seamless and everything ran to the minute - this would never have happened without your excellent coordination skills. If there were any issues over the weekend, we were not made aware or didn't hear anything about it because Charan handled it all and kept all stresses away from us and allowed us to enjoy our special weekend. Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!).
