Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. We contacted Walsall & Lichfield Pest Control when we identified we had some mice friends visiting our factory units and despite being busy they were happy to send somebody out to assess the situation within 24 hours. We explained our requirements for any rodents to be dealt with humanely and they were totally understanding & professional, explained how their poison works and we immediately knew they were the company for us. Their prices are fantastic and the installation of the bait boxes and the follow up visits have all been excellent too. We have COSHH file on site which they complete for us so we don't even need to worry about dealing with the paperwork site to ensure we are compliant. Highly recommended!

I absolutely cannot recommend Malpass Pest Solutions enough. We had an issue with a wasps nest forming in the crevice of our lean to roof over the kitchen window. Called Pat on Sunday morning and he was able to come out to us the following day (after I returned home from work too). Not only was this extremely quick and accommodating but Pat was by far one of the the nicest gentleman and tradesman I’ve met. He absolutely treats his customers the way you’d want your parents to be treated by a tradesman. He clearly is an absolute mastermind of his trade and is extremely methodical with explaining the process start to finish, as well as providing insight into the issue itself. Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. From initial call to office to report issue with the wasp nest to visit following day the service was excellent and professional. Stuart in the office was extremely helpful and flexible to my times for a visit. The gentleman who visited the property was polite and respectful and actually indicated he thought we had killed the nest with our treatment the previous day… he could of done the work still and charged us! Had a wasp nest removed by Richard. He was extremely professional and was with us within 24 hours. He took his time to talk us through what he was doing and very conscious we weren't to close or could get stung. One visit sorted out issue but had a follow up call and promised a revisit of it was needed.
