There are not enough words to express how much we appreciate being rat free and thats all thanks to these guys, they are worth every penny. Their combined knowledge, expertise and how much they genuinely care about their customers did not go unnoticed and for that we are extremely grateful. After trying numerous pest control companies who just came and laid poison, Christian and Rick actually got to the source of the problem and after a year of trying to deal with the issue its been 10 weeks of being completely rat free! Moved into our home 10 months ago and heard some scratching above the ceiling almost immediately when decorating during the day. I put it down to birds on the roof and the house being empty whilst decorating. Didn’t notice it again during the summer months, but we tend to have many fans on and windows open, which could disguise the sound somewhat. I finally ventured up the loft for the first time after 6 months and found masses of droppings. I hoovered them all up and put a ring camera up there to catch any movement. 3 weeks later, the camera notifications started spamming through and we could hear the scratching and running above the ceiling. After doing some research, I found The Pest Interceptors online and immediately knew they were the outfit for the job. The idea of a rat-free guarantee was music to my ears. I can’t express how much I hate rats, and I was beginning to hate the home we’d moved into less than a year ago. After an initial consultation, I went ahead with the lifetime guarantee. Several weeks later, Christan and Rick arrived, found where the rats were getting in after some investigation (drain), and fixed it, in 3 hours. There was increased activity in the loft for the next 2 days, then nothing. We even saw a rat running towards the camera down the pipe! Absolutely brilliant. I’m now sleeping better and enjoying my house once again. Christan and Rick are two top genuine gents who really care about the customer and fixing their problem, no matter what it may take. They are both completely conscientious with all that they do, which is exactly what you want as a customer. I recommend them to everyone with a rat problem. The Pest Interceptors team were amazing. Very polite and took the time to look around and listen to the rodent issue I had. They got to work and quickly found the source of the issue which was my neighbours drains. Very pleased and relieved- I can sleep again as I haven't heard any noises since! I would definitely recommend.

We live too far away in the South of England to take advantage of the Pest Interceptors rat free guarantee, however I had a comprehensive 90 minute phone call with Christian who talked me thorough everything on how to make my home rat free using the DIY service. I am happy to say that after 6 months of hell hearing rats scuttling around in the loft and wall cavities, we are now completely rat free. I can’t thank Christian enough.

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we'll be calling Malpass for sure!

I don't normally write reviews but I can't praise Malpass Pest Control enough. I got through on the phone easily - spoke to a person and not a machine! Came out the same day despite being very busy. On time and very helpful and polite. Reasonable price as well. Hopefully won't need pest control again but if I do will definitely use Malpass.

Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I highly recommend Will. From the moment I discovered the issue i found WJ pest solutions on google and contacted them immediately. Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional.
