Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. Arrived as promised and dealt with the problem efficiently, coming back to ensure the issue was resolved. Very good prices too. A friendly, professional service. Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

On behalf of Lodent Precision I would like to personally thank you for the wonderful service you have given us. We contacted Walsall & Lichfield Pest Control when we identified we had some mice friends visiting our factory units and despite being busy they were happy to send somebody out to assess the situation within 24 hours. We explained our requirements for any rodents to be dealt with humanely and they were totally understanding & professional, explained how their poison works and we immediately knew they were the company for us. Their prices are fantastic and the installation of the bait boxes and the follow up visits have all been excellent too. We have COSHH file on site which they complete for us so we don't even need to worry about dealing with the paperwork site to ensure we are compliant. Highly recommended!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.
