Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful. Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. He offered excellent advice over the phone, has been out to our house a number of times to oversee the progress of the treatment and has provided lots of helpful advice over text too - such excellent personal service that you will not get from the larger companies.
