Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Stop that Pest. I had an issue with a wasps nest outside my children's bedroom window which was causing serious issues. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the process and education every step of the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. He also investigated the attic and found another wasps nest which he was able to remove manually. I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. We initially used Pestbuster to look after our pest control but we have since taken on the additional service of sanitary disposal as Pestbuster proved to be a much more regular service at a more cost effective rate than our previous supplier. Having built up a great rapport with sales manager, Debbie, if ever we have an issue, I know that it will be dealt with quickly. We are now currently having our business centre cladding cleaned...a huge job, 6 days so far, cherry picker, jet wash ...the works all whilst 70 business carry out their day to day business.
