In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. A very comprehensive service and highly recommended!

Great service received. From the very start Dan Corp was extremely helpful and fast to respond to any queries. He contacted our tenants and arranged appointments and talked them through the treatments required. We will be using them again in the future! Had a wasp nest in the wall at the back of the house. Contacted Richard for a quote received a text back within 24hrs and he arrived the next day and swiftly dealt with the problem. Great service very professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Thank you Richard, I would certainly use you again and would encourage you to ask more customers to provide reviews.

Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We have used PJS Pest Control quite a few times to remove wasps nest. Phil is very responsive, he is easily contactable and arrives swiftly. He has successfully removed our nests with no issues, easily and quickly. We would highly recommend his services.👌

Called PJS at 8am for a whole heap of dead wasps in a bathroom. Phil was at the house by 845 and problem sorted by 930. Really friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly effective!

Huntsman we’re reliable and excellent at communicating throughout the process. Juanjo and Sebastian were very nice and friendly. They showed us the problem, explained the treatment plan and gave us great advice to prevent further issues. I would definitely recommend them.

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing.
