Can't praise Ian enough, an engineer that was recommended to me came to do a service on my boiler. He left after less than an hour breaking the boiler and leaving water dripping out of it . Found Ian on Google , he turned up on time and fixed out boiler , He was extremely professional and knowledge able, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews. In my view, a job should be done properly each time, and done well. However, Ian dale of I C Services has stunned me with the quality, speed of progress, adherence to agreed tasks and timelines, and professionalism. He took over a large job on my behalf when I was let down by another contractor and, mid project, immediately understood not only the urgency, but the priorities we faced. He completed a tremendous amount of work to the highest standards in a timescale that would have challenged several men! His dedication and hard work, along with his desire for everything to be perfect, was unbelievable! If you are looking for someone who will deliver exactly what you want, when you want it, without fuss or mess, and to the precise specifications you envision then you have just found the person for you. I cannot say enough about Ian, his work, and application to each and every task. Outstanding in every way! Thank you, Ian, it's been a pleasure and I will be using you again, no question. I've always had a great service from Ian and the team. They changed my boiler a couple of yeara ago which they did for a good price and were efficient. I've also had subsequent boiler and fire servicing from them which has been thorough and spot on. Jason came over the following day for a toilet leak and fixed the problem straight away and also put some silicon around the base of the toilet. He was very efficient and pleasant in nature and when I asked how much he didn’t take any money off me because he said he was only here for a short time. To go out of his way to sort my leak out and not charge me was very kind of Jason. Definitely will be using him again for any future work.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Another five star vote for Christian. When my gas boiler failed during a cold snap I tried calling several firms that claimed to offer a 24-7 emergency service. I'm still waiting for most of them to call me back as they just went to voicemail , though one did answer but couldn't take a look for more than a week. When I found Christian''s number he answered the phone immediately and came round to take a look just a few hours later. A major component had failed but he was able to source it and he replaced it the next morning. He then gave the boiler a full service and balanced a couple of radiators that weren't heating properly. Very reasonable price and extremely helpful, he comes highly recommended.

We have just bought our home and the sellers has left us with a broken boiler. We rang Christian and he was able to help, the same day he came out and checked our boiler and gave us really good advise. Just few days after that he was able to fit us a new top of the line Greenstar Worcester Bosch boiler and fix issues regarding our taps. I would 100% recommend City Heating and Christian as he helped us so much. If we ever have any further plumbing or heating issues we know City Heating will be our go to company.

Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Jack, and his son Chris, arrived at the arranged time. Both jobs completed efficiently and no mess created. All at a very, very reasonable cost. I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Highly recommend! Stefan did an amazing job replacing our old system boiler with a combi, including moving installation to the airing cupboard upstairs, all done in two days, with no fuss. And all at a very reasonable price - half of what British Gas quoted.

I chose MH Heating Solutions because one of my neighbours recommended as they had already done some work at their home. I looked at their website and the reviews, and now that they have completed the work in my place, I can't agree more with the comments of other clients. My boiler was one with a water tank and boiler together and I had it replaced for just a combi, so they had to do a new installation. Stephan, Martyn and Charlie worked on the installation, and they were great. If I hadn't known that the work was going to be made and I had been out those days and coming home, I wouldn't have noticed that anyone had been at home, except that the heating was now working!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, tidy. The water pressure is really good now, heating is not noisy when it starts. So it has been a pleasure to have the work done by MH. I will give them a 5+ score as on top of that their price is very competitive.

We have been extremely impressed by the service that MH Heating Solutions have provided in relation to our new boiler installation. From our first conversation with Elaine we felt at ease that MH Solutions were the right choice for us. Martin came around at a prearranged time and we discussed the project which not only involved a new boiler but also increasing the size of the pipe work to comply with current regulations. The installation was carried out by Stefan over two days and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard and came up with a great solution to installing the new pipe work without lots of upheaval. It was neat and tidy installation and we were left with both heating and hot water at the end of day one. He explained how the new boiler operates and demonstrated it after testing. We had a follow up call from Elaine after work was completed and she ran through the after sales process and servicing schedule. Overall we cannot fault the service that we have received from MH Solutions and would thoroughly recommend using them for any heating needs.
