Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I collared Mark leaving my neighbours house as I had a leaking boiler. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable and sorted the problem straight away. I have nothing negative to add, just grateful he could sort the issue so quickly.

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

I have just completed my 6 week gas foundation course at west midlands gas training and honestly i can not thank them enough the management ran by dave is brilliant and the place is very tidy and welcoming to everyone that walks through the door. The mentor MO has changed my life for the better and is one of the best gas teachers in the uk. He has 28 years experience with British gas and has alot of knowledge and a very big passion about gas and teaching to pass on to us new gas students.Mo makes the class room feel very at home and makes studying fun he has become a member of my family and i wil always look upto him for advice and to help me get through any problems i face in my future career as a gas engineer. My freindship with Mo will continue on throughout my career and I know he will always stand by me to guide and teach us futher. A big thank you to Mo and the team at west midlands gas for making me into a confident and safe gas engineer and for securing me a future in the gas trade.

Mo’s changed my life coming here. He’s showed me that I can achieve heights that I thought were impossible. Mo made learning real. Most teachers out there struggle with this and most of the time give up but that’s not Mo, he ensured that I obtain the learning no matter what or how long it took. Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. Anthony and Woody are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused. They went above and beyond and I'm really impressed with the professional job and outstanding customer care. Truly appreciative to be warm again and I won't forget your kindness.

Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Thank you F&P!

Our service engineer Richard was brilliant. He's very approachable and friendly. He knows his stuff and carried out our service really efficiently. He was also able to solve a cold radiator problem, explaining what had happened. I would use this firm again and again. Very pleased with their customer care.

Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated.
