Diligent Energy replaced my Worcester boiler as it was failing to start up most mornings. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He advised what services would be affected, how long it would take and started straight away. When finished, the area was tidier than before and the boiler worked a dream. Since then I've had no problems and have been saving money on our gas bill. Greg, Carl and their team are absolute diamonds. Truly excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic company. Had a new boiler quote from Greg which was the best offer by far. Very professional on the day and had the boiler installed in no time. When our old boiler finally expired I obtained a number of quotes online as well as via sales visits. Diligent impressed with their knowledgeable but non-pushy sales team both on the phone (Alex) and in person Jack had actually been an installer so instilled confidence that the recommendations were based on knowledge, not just sales patter. Installation was not straighforward but the engineers worked really hard to make sure it was all completed on time. Aftercare has also been similarly impressive. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Diligent to anyone

After a few months of shopping around for a new boiler and a trustworthy boiler installer, we chose to go with Diligent Energy Solutions. To be fair, the reviews speak for themselves! Not all companies that have amazing reviews on trust pilot, and check a trade, are forthcoming. We did encounter a few local businesses that had 5-star reviews that didn’t bother turning up, were rude on the phone, said they don’t cover the area, despite being based in Solihull?! and some even turned worked down?! However, Diligent Energy Solutions have a very professional approach that many businesses could learn from. From start to finish, the service was excellent! Greg attended the property a few times before the installation - firstly to check what could be done with the old boiler and even installing a part to see if it could be fixed. The old boiler was over 20 years old, so it was time for a new boiler. Just one call to Greg and he was available at short notice. He came over a couple of times, pre-install, to answer any questions we had (and we had a very comprehensive list), which didn’t faze him! We had a regular boiler which needed a full system update. This meant taking water tanks out of the loft and airing cupboard. We were so apprehensive about the mess and the work that goes into a full system install with existing pipework. Greg answered all our questions and put us at ease. Chase single-handedly did a full system install! It took two full days, but Chase did the work with ease and conscientiousness! He was also respectful of the property and surroundings. He left minimal mess, took the rubbish away with him, and even got someone to collect the rubbish! To be honest, I don’t know what we were worried about! He worked solidly for two days straight! We were so impressed with the way this company works! From quote to installation was unbelievable! We had many quotes, some cheaper, and some at an extortionate cost. But we chose this company based on the reviews and professionalism! After all, a business relies on trust, knowledge, transparency, and professionalism! And they have it all! We did have a few minor issues, which is understandable given the amount of work involved. These were ironed out swiftly by Carl, the Director. Again, a sign of a trustworthy company! Honestly, they’re aren’t many companies like this one around nowadays! If we ever require any gas or plumbing services in future, we believe that Diligent Energy Solutions will be the first point of call. A special thank you to Chase! Anthony gave a really great service and solution for our new built in oven. Adjusted the gas pipe to the hob so the electric oven could fit. Other engineers just said buy another oven, not Anthony who solved the issue without hesitation. Lovely fella and will definitely call on him again for other services. Thank you Anthony.

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. I needed a new gas cooker installed and Saboor did a great job installing the new cooker and performing a gas check before and after. We also had a small leak which he picked up quickly and fixed it. Also came out on a Sunday as I urgently needed the new cooker installed so all thumbs up for Saboor and highly recommended him.

Power Plus Heating did a great job for us. They fitted a quality boiler within a day, came back to flush our heating system and ensured all our radiators were piping hot. They also gave us maintenance advice, made sure we knew how to bleed the heaters correctly and keep the correct settings on the boiler. Sab was very informative in teaching us how to take care of our heating system, and answered all of our concerns. The team were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them.

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air! John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending. John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale. He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project. John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John’s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough! Many thanks

Very pleased with the work that John and Todd have done for us. It was a partial bathroom refit which they did a very good job of. They also replaced the outside cast iron soil stack to a black plastic stack, which looks very nice. I would definitely recommend and use Complete Heating again.

John has just finished a complete renovation of our bathrooms and has done an amazing job! The final look is just what we wanted and John and the lads were great at suggesting some creative solutions. The tiling we asked for was intricate but has been done painstakingly and with great attention to detail. John also solved some plumbing and heating issues we have had for ages - he’s a genius! Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Excellent service from Manol. My boiler needed replacing after a couple of years of faults. MK plumbing came out and quoted. Very competitive quote and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. Stuck to the quote, did not add anything on.
