After a few months of shopping around for a new boiler and a trustworthy boiler installer, we chose to go with Diligent Energy Solutions. To be fair, the reviews speak for themselves! Not all companies that have amazing reviews on trust pilot, and check a trade, are forthcoming. We did encounter a few local businesses that had 5-star reviews that didn’t bother turning up, were rude on the phone, said they don’t cover the area, despite being based in Solihull?! and some even turned worked down?! However, Diligent Energy Solutions have a very professional approach that many businesses could learn from. From start to finish, the service was excellent! Greg attended the property a few times before the installation - firstly to check what could be done with the old boiler and even installing a part to see if it could be fixed. The old boiler was over 20 years old, so it was time for a new boiler. Just one call to Greg and he was available at short notice. He came over a couple of times, pre-install, to answer any questions we had (and we had a very comprehensive list), which didn’t faze him! We had a regular boiler which needed a full system update. This meant taking water tanks out of the loft and airing cupboard. We were so apprehensive about the mess and the work that goes into a full system install with existing pipework. Greg answered all our questions and put us at ease. Chase single-handedly did a full system install! It took two full days, but Chase did the work with ease and conscientiousness! He was also respectful of the property and surroundings. He left minimal mess, took the rubbish away with him, and even got someone to collect the rubbish! To be honest, I don’t know what we were worried about! He worked solidly for two days straight! We were so impressed with the way this company works! From quote to installation was unbelievable! We had many quotes, some cheaper, and some at an extortionate cost. But we chose this company based on the reviews and professionalism! After all, a business relies on trust, knowledge, transparency, and professionalism! And they have it all! We did have a few minor issues, which is understandable given the amount of work involved. These were ironed out swiftly by Carl, the Director. Again, a sign of a trustworthy company! Honestly, they’re aren’t many companies like this one around nowadays! If we ever require any gas or plumbing services in future, we believe that Diligent Energy Solutions will be the first point of call. A special thank you to Chase! Diligent Energy replaced my Worcester boiler as it was failing to start up most mornings. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He advised what services would be affected, how long it would take and started straight away. When finished, the area was tidier than before and the boiler worked a dream. Since then I've had no problems and have been saving money on our gas bill. Greg, Carl and their team are absolute diamonds. Truly excellent service from start to finish. They've got a lifetime customer in me. Cheers!

Fantastic company. Had a new boiler quote from Greg which was the best offer by far. Very professional on the day and had the boiler installed in no time. Have since used this company for some plumbing repairs and again great job. Friendly team all round from the office to the fitters. Highly recommend!!

When our old boiler finally expired I obtained a number of quotes online as well as via sales visits. Diligent impressed with their knowledgeable but non-pushy sales team both on the phone (Alex) and in person Jack had actually been an installer so instilled confidence that the recommendations were based on knowledge, not just sales patter. Installation was not straighforward but the engineers worked really hard to make sure it was all completed on time. Aftercare has also been similarly impressive. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Diligent to anyone

We cannot praise this company too highly. From our first contact with Greg to signing off the installation took just a week. The gas fitters, Carl and Matt, are absolutely fantastic they worked as a team and didn't stop . They left the house clean and tidy at the end of their working day and cleaned through when the installation was finished. Carl went through the operating procedures in a clear and precise way. We have no reservation in recommending Diligent Energy Solutions Ltd.
