Excellent job needed my kitchen doing complete refit wall knocked down sockets repositioned sink moved walls plastered floor levelled fitted new kitchen in took 2 weeks to complete cleaned up after they had worded that day would highly recommend them

Brother showed up the same day with the part and replaced the faulty bath waste, drain, plug, and overflow kit for a very affordable price. He left the place clean and even fixed a few existing issues. I would highly recommend his services!

After having no luck with other workmen on doing our bathroom and kitchen, we came across Matt, and so glad we did! Professional, honest, and very hardworking, with total respect to the home he is working in. He works to your given brief to stay within costs, but still delivers that high standard of work! It can be very stressful having work done, but Matt listens and makes any needed changes along the way; nothing is too much trouble! We were just after installation of new worktops, cooker, shower and bath, as a pose to total new fit, and it has given the rooms a new lease of life and freshened it up. Would highly recommend. Matt has done a fantastic job transforming our bathroom, including changing the layout. He has worked really hard throughout his time here and nothing was too much trouble for him. When my opinion was needed or a choice had to be made, Matt always asked me before going ahead to ensure I was happy with what was going on. His work is top notch and we are especially impressed with Matts tiling skills. At the end of the day, Matt always tidied up after himself. Matt is a genuine, respectful and friendly person who we were comfortable to allow into our home and someone we could trust. Matthew recently updated our Utility/toilet. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We found his work to be outstanding as well as both clean and tidy and would highly recommend to others. Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Had Dave out to look at a weeping water tank. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and just all-round sound bloke. He’s the only plumber I’d go to now!

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Joe carries out our annual boiler service and has also completed other jobs for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and always provides a professional and efficient service. All jobs are always completed to an extremely high standard and everything is left so neat and tidy. I highly recommend Joe and we would never use anyone else.

Finding reliable tradesmen has been nigh on impossible across all trades. Joe is one of the best I've found, professional invoicing and job descriptions stating exactly the work you're paying for, so no awkward conversations later, his work is of a high standard, he's very clean while working and cleans up well when finished. He fitted a new boiler for me which has been faultless since install. There is no one I'd recommend more for any plumbing job.

Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

We had Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and as always he has done a brilliant job. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house. Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful.
