I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Very professional service, highly recommended. I called Jack and sent some pictures via. Whatsapp. He quickly identified the issue and was able to complete it the same day. Our leaky valve was replaced and our heating system is working much better.

From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Jack, and his son Chris, arrived at the arranged time. Both jobs completed efficiently and no mess created. All at a very, very reasonable cost. Totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this excellent company.

Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air! John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending. John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale. He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project. John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John’s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough! Many thanks

John has just finished a complete renovation of our bathrooms and has done an amazing job! The final look is just what we wanted and John and the lads were great at suggesting some creative solutions. The tiling we asked for was intricate but has been done painstakingly and with great attention to detail. John also solved some plumbing and heating issues we have had for ages - he’s a genius! He was also good at keeping us up to date - from the quote to the last day of the job. I would definitely recommend Complete Heating - I’ll be asking John back again!

Very pleased with the work that John and Todd have done for us. It was a partial bathroom refit which they did a very good job of. They also replaced the outside cast iron soil stack to a black plastic stack, which looks very nice. I would definitely recommend and use Complete Heating again.

Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. Anthony and Woody are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused. They went above and beyond and I'm really impressed with the professional job and outstanding customer care. Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. He arrived exactly when promised, charged exactly what was quoted, was extremely respectful of my property and responsive to any special requirements, and left my bathrooms spotless and my taps sparkling, like new. We had a emergency leak of the boiler pipes in our flat and contacted Supreme gas and plumbing who were able to arrange a visit in within a couple of hours! Keenan was very professional and sorted the leak very quickly as well as booking us in for a follow up visit to service the boiler as well. We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Problem with leaking tap outside. Spurting a lot of water out. Had to turn water off. No water and no heating. At 8.30PM, Rang up CM Plumbing. Lee came out straight away. Within 10 minutes as He is around the corner. Lee was kind & curteous. It took 2 minutes to stop the leak and get us back up and running with Water & heating. Lee is coming back to finish the work soon. He gave us a fair price to finish repairs to outside tap. I would recommend Lee at CM plumbing. Excellent local service. Thanks Lee.

Did what was said on the tin, Swift Emergency Plumber. This is the second time I have used Sean’s services. The first for a faulty and noisy bathroom sink tap where the fault was quickly found and fixed. The second was to disconnect an old gas oven and for a gas safety check on the house.
