When I spoke to Lee and explained what the problem was (blocked bathroom toilet) he was very helpful. Ben and Preston came shortly after and quickly resolved the problem. Same day service. A job well done. I found both Ben and Preston knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. After fixing the problem they tidied up after and left my bathroom clean. I would definitely recommend L&B Plumbing to anyone wanting competent plumber. Great team.

Phoned up snd I spoke to a guy name Lee. Was so helpful, and straightforward about cost and explained everything. Told me what the problem might be. Very easy going friendly approach with a high level of professionalism. Came out on the time and day they said. Did the job with no drama and the price was very reasonable. Whole experience was very pleasant. communicated via whatsapp and received email quote. Joe came on time and was very easy to talk to. He got on with the job and had our shower replaced very quickly. He took away all the rubbish and went through how to use the new one and get the best out of it . Highly recommended

You're in safe hands with L&B! Lee and Keiton did an excellent job sorting out a gas leak in my property. Spoke to Lee and he came out to fix the leak ASAP, even finding another in the process! Really professional and left the house in a tidy state. Can't thank the guys enough for doing such a thorough job in a scary moment. This was my Christmas present when this was installed today 20th Dec 2023. After work I went to have a lovely shower something I did not experience since moving in the house where my experience was a bucket. I was living the stone-age to experience the modern life. Everyone knows how a good shower is relaxing. The job was done with so much precision. The engineer was polite, and sympathetic. Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

From the first contact communication was excellent. A new mixer shower was supplied and fitted within 4 working days. A leak on our kitchen sink outlet was fixed at the same time. Jack, and his son Chris, arrived at the arranged time. Both jobs completed efficiently and no mess created. All at a very, very reasonable cost. I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Steve came fitted our new boiler from our loft room to our new extension and had to overcome many issues in the process, he did it without these issues being a problem very professional. he also moved all our radiators around the house ,he had to come back and refit of of them due to one of them being no good ,nothing say any bother to him. I very good man would re Steve in a heat beat top bloke.

I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Problem with leaking tap outside. Spurting a lot of water out. Had to turn water off. No water and no heating. At 8.30PM, Rang up CM Plumbing. Lee came out straight away. Within 10 minutes as He is around the corner. Lee was kind & curteous. It took 2 minutes to stop the leak and get us back up and running with Water & heating. Lee is coming back to finish the work soon. He gave us a fair price to finish repairs to outside tap. I would recommend Lee at CM plumbing. Excellent local service. Thanks Lee.

Called Ctm Plumbing this afternoon and Lee arrived within the hour. Investigated and diagnosed solution within minutes. Brand new kitchen sink tap installed within a couple of hours. Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating.
