Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. Job well done - there were unforeseen complications but Michael took it in his stride and wasn't at all preturbed - just got on with it. Very professional. Job completed to very high standard. I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. He came promptly and spent good time getting the job done. Clear proof is that it's been almost 2 months since then and fortunately no problem / leakage at all! At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough

Can’t recommend Ben enough, fitted new boiler kept me informed all the way with calls and messages about when he was coming also checked with me after he’d left to make sure all was well, did a fantastic job left everything clean and tidy arranged to have old boiler removed as well and more importantly the price was right, great guy very friendly and trustworthy.

I would very much recommend this Company Dominic and his sons Did great job had my up stairs bathroom completely redone from bath to shower walls panelled toilet sink floor tiles loved it so much just got them back to sort out my down stairs one nothing to much trouble

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. Unlike a lot of trades people I have used, Raj kept every promise he made to me. He turned up on time to review the work required and then forwarded a detailed as well as competitive quote. We decided on a date and Raj turned up with his colleague Alex on the chosen date to start our job. What a great job these two gentlemen have done for us. Our bathroom has been completely transformed and thanks to the knowledge of the professionals at RSC, all the plumbing, electrical, installation as well as decoration was completed by just two chaps.
