I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Brilliant. Genuine trade, very fairly priced, all done in the timescale indicated. If you need a plumber/CH Engineer you need look no further. Simon is my first call from now on. Brilliant service Just want to say a massive thank you to Joel for putting my bathroom back to how it should be. I had a bathroom refit in October by another fitter. The fitter ruined my bathroom and left me with leaks. Contacted Joel who said he could sort everything out for me, and he did not disappoint. Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Had KWS heating come and quote to install a new vertical radiator and service our boiler. We found him very competitive on price and also punctual and professional. Evening before due to arrive he contacted us to make sure everything was still okay for him to come and complete the work for us. He is very good at his job , he altered the pipework to suit our new radiator which looks amazing and serviced our boiler, he also filled in the appropriate paperwork and also advised us to have the boiler serviced regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Paul installed our boiler couple of years ago .We were very impressed with his pleasant personality and work ethic .He worked diligently and made sure that we were not unduly disturbed . Since then he has provided service to our flats ,including landlord lord certification , servicing the boiler and maintaining central heating . Recently there was a problem with our Saniflow. . We contacted Paul and he informed us this is most probably due to blockage in the pipe work .He later on replaced the pipe work whish remedy the problem.He is a very pleasant and likeable person and I have no hesitation in recommending him .
