Called Stuart early morning for a toilet water flush fault. Responded immediately, agreed to come out same day, asked for photos, discussed parts to order. Managed to resolve with his help without him even having to attend! Such a top guy! Ever so grateful. Highly recommended.

Would 100% recommend Stuart's plumbing. The service was amazing from the first phone call to my finished bathroom suite. He talked me through the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had. I have mobility problems and he totally transformed my bathroom making it easily accessible. The professionalism from Stuart's plumbing was on another level and exceeded any other plumbing services I've used before and my bathroom was transformed into looking like it belongs in a 5 star hotel. Paul came out to put new taps in the bathroom (bath & basin) on completion we found one of the basin taps to be faulty! I had to order another one...i contacted Paul & he came out to put it on at no extra charge...now bearing in mind it was neither his fault or mine I think it was commendable of him...i would highly recommend Paul...very efficient..

We had an issue with one of our double plug sockets in the kitchen. After completing an online form we were contacted within the hour by Helen, and the job was rectified within a few hours from the telephone call. We used J T Jarvis & Son for the installation of three light fittings and to mount our 65in TV onto the wall, as well as channel the cables through the wall. We were very pleased with the work from start to finish, from Helen's efficiency with organising the call out and quote, through to John and Paul's installation and general well-mannered approach. Would highly recommend!

Had a tripple decker that did the job, swapped out egg for black pudding with no qualms. The guys were friendly, the place is clean, and the service was quick. Looks like they do regular specials, today was lamb burger. They also do sandwiches and rolls, and the rolls looked really good. Will be trying this place again 👍

Just popped in to grab some breakfast baps as we was doing a delivery next door, honestly the food was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, the men behind the counter were absolutely lovely and friendly and honestly the price is quite cheap for how big of a sandwich you get!

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Dave was really professional, good and efficient. I discovered a radiator leak very late last night and I was able to contact Dave around midnight... 5-star service with reasonable prices! Our home had been having electrical issues since we moved in. For some reason, the lights in our living room were never bright up to their potential regardless of the types of bulbs we replaced - if we tried a 13W led bulb and an 8W bulb, the 13W wouldn't light up, and both bulbs could only be turned on/off by the same switch. We had that insufficient brightness for nearly two years until they came and fixed it! By talking to them, I would say they were one of the most honest people you could find on the market nowadays. Besides the lighting issues, they also helped us fit the extractor fan and fill in the big hole surrounding the fan pipe. He said he wasn't a builder so that was the first time he did it (only because we asked him to help) and he was proud of how nicely that was done, and so were we! :)) The way they did the job was very thoughtful and thorough. Some wall and ceiling fixing stuff when pulling out the wires they handled for us. After the job was done, they also cleaned the house nicely. We were delighted with their service and would recommend them to our friends and keep in touch for future improvements in our home.

I just had securelex install electrics to my new shed. Have to say they did a fantastic Job and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. They also fitted a floodlight and fixed one of my flickering spotlights in the dinner room. Absolutely fantastic service from start to end. They did some wirings, installed shower circuit, changed the fuse board to a modern one, removed the unsafe lightings and fitted new lights for us. the team inspected and tested the electricity before and after work is completed. They were very kind to do some extra works, like helping us to fit the bathroom fan. Great communication, gave us professional and honest opinions, explained clearly, listened to our requirements on where to put the sockets and how we prefer the light-switches to be. They carried out work with care, minimise drilling holes on the wall or lifting the floorboards. They also kept the place clean. We are really pleased and happy with the work. :)

I had some outside electrical work done by Sal and the team, and they were brilliant. They were friendly, respectful of my property and made sure I was completely happy with the work before they left. The communication before the booking was great also, keeping me updated on times etc. Highly recommended 🙂
