Reema did an outstanding job on my tooth extraction, even when she was hesitant that tooth would crumble, she did the unthinkable and got it out in one go. If you want to feel taken care of and that you feel like your priority I recommend going to greens dental surgery.

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Just had my 5th Burger Me Up since the opening of their Stirchley site. Each and every time I have been left utterly filled with delicious food, taste buds tingling with flavour, and the knowledge that I've had the best burger in Birmingham. The burgers are 11/10, the chicken tendies are out of this world, and the fries are unbeatable. Whatever your craving, I cannot recommend Burger Me Up enough.

Food 4 & 1 /2 The ketchup wasn't Heinz. Everything else was on point. I ate the burger before having a chance to take a photo. Too bad I've only got one stomach. Service 7 out of 5 Exquisite service. Kids menu and a colouring page for kids. The friendliest staff that I've come across to date in the UK. Customised bags and boxes. Atmosphere 5 out of 5 Easy going music, semi-dimmed lights, excellent Samsung air-con. Comfortable seats, clean floor, clean tables, an atmosphere candle on the table, bathroom stocked. Can't fault it.

Came last night for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by how nice the restaurant looks and the great service by the guy waiting on our table. Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the reviews that the patties were a bit thin and crispy on the ends, therefore, lacking a bit in flavour. The chips and milkshakes were lovely! Something I think can easily be worked on for future customers. Other than that, it’s a lovely new spot in Stirchley

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

A true hidden gem. My partner and I visited Rabbit and can say confidently that our experience was outstanding. Erin swiftly showed us to our seats and gave us a complimentary herbal tea which was full of flavour and depth. From our initial brief interaction, I knew we were safe hands. Throughout the evening she chatted and exchanges jokes with all the guests, which made the occasion extra special, and feeling that you have made a friend by the end of your night. Ourselves and the other guests for the evening were sat across the counter where all plates are prepared in front of you by Chef Ash, extraordinaire. Each plate was clearly lovingly crafted, with plenty of attention to detail. Chef Ash explained in great depth the ingredients used, the processes taken, and the desired vision for each dish we ordered. Her pride and confidence in her cooking is very evident, and thoroughly deserved. This is best evidenced when she offered us a complementary dish simply because she saw our reaction to similar items that we’d ordered. My opinion is that the quality of flavours are remarkably close to those I’ve had at Michelin star restaurants, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rabbit join that exclusive list. As others have mentioned, the most difficult part is getting a reservation as the list is quite long, but truly, truly is worth the wait. I will certainly be visiting again! (The only point of feedback I have is the stools can become slightly uncomfortable over time, but this is a minor point).

Overall the food was wonderful and flavours were amazing. Everything was generous in portion size and prices were reasonable. Everything was cooked to perfection.Loved the touch of the fresh warm Madeleines at the end.The fried chicken was the only dish that lacked a bit of a flavour kick but had a great crunch and worked well with the caviar.The bar stool seating for me was very uncomfortable because I suffer from sciatica , no fault of the restaurant. That did dampen my experience a bit with the food. The chef explained the dishes with passion and attention to details on all the ingredients which fueled the excitement. The cider we drank had a rich deep apple flavour. Looking forward to seeing the talented chef get a Michelin star!

Absolutely exceptional food and service by Ash and Erin. Impossible to pick a favourite dish as everything was exceptional but some of our favourites were the BBQ leeks with Hollandaise, crab hash brown, rarebit crumpet and the raw beef tartare. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Booked this 4 months in advance such is the popularity of this restaurant. It is a little tricky to find as the blinds stay down so it looks like its closed. Upon entering you can see that you are all sat together around the kitchen. The seats which are high bar stools are very uncomfortable and I had to stand up for periods of time. The restaurant was also very hot. The food is nice but not amazing. The menu changes quite often I was told by one of the ladies. You can order as much as you like or as little as you like. I choose to order as much as possible so that I could try various options as re-booking would be very long. There are two ladies one cooks live and the other provides the hospitality in terms of drinks and seating guests. The lady that cooks provides a full story on how she has cooked each dish when bringing it over. There was one particular dish the grilled skate wing (the picture with majority of it green) this is a type of fish I was told, it comes with the bone and the cook tells you how to remove the bone. I did as instructed and still had issues with bones so had to ask the chef to de-bone it herself. She was very helpful and served it back to me with no bones at all (another picture attached). I went with my wife who is vegetarian and a full menu option was provided to her. Homemade fudge is also given when receiving the bill, we were very full and it was packed in a little packet. The fudge was very nice Overall the service is very good and the food is different and nice. There is roadside parking which is free after certain hours or various side streets.

What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air! John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending. John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale. He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project. John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John’s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough! Many thanks

Received a very rapid response from Perry Plumbing when my boiler broke down and was beyond repair in the middle of January. Anthony arrived early the next day for the quote and very kindly offered me the use of a spare heater. My new boiler was fitted 48 hours later and installation was hassle free. Anthony and Woody are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused. They went above and beyond and I'm really impressed with the professional job and outstanding customer care. Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.
