Cant fault Aaron and his team. Difficult to get a day with the U.K. weather not behaving but we managed it and Aaron came with his team as promised to compete our flat roof done with fibreglass. Really friendly team, great attitude, hard working, excellent attention to detail! Can’t fault them. Aaron is so caring and clearly cares about his work and the final finish which for us is perfect. Looks amazing.

From the offset Aaron & Corey where great! Swift turnaround time once the quote was given. Other roofers were unable to deal with the awkward shape of our bay window, however no problem for these guys. Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!

Cannot praise these guys enough. Needed the chimney reflashed and an added down pipe. Not only did they come out on the weekend to see what the problem was, they fit me in the next day - and for an affordable price! Chris and his colleague recently completed work on our flat roofs, which we suspected was going to have some difficult elements due to previous owners botched jobs. Luckily for us, Chris really knows his stuff. He and his colleague arrived promptly every morning and, despite the appallingly cold weather, grafted really hard, barely pausing except to eat their lunch. They identified and rectified the elements that were not up to par and we now have well-laid, watertight roofs that will be good for many years. We had used Chris before for a smaller job and having found him totally trustworthy, hardworking and reliable, we did not hesitate in using his services for the larger job and would not hesitate to use him again, should the necessity arise. He was recommended to us by equally satisfied friends.

Our full roof replacement was completed within a prompt time frame including scaffolding and skip hire. All aspects of the job were communicated to us by Paul and Chris at the outset and any subsequent issues were dealt with promptly and professionally as the work progressed. Payment was taken at the end of the job. The roof looks great; we are very satisfied customers. We even had 2 ducks enjoying the view on the day the job finished!

Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed.
