Fantastic service from Dave at stormguard roofing, capping off two chimney stacks and re dressing the flashing getting it weather proof for the winter. Great price and communication from start to finish. He’s obviously very busy but did his best to fit us in before the really bad weather sets in for winter. So happy with the service and advice provided by Richard on the day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a quality roofing service. I’ll also be having some more work done next summer.

David came and offered the third of three quotes. Not only was it a fair price for the work but he obviously knew his business and gave us good advice. Our chimney needed repointing and repair. The concrete on the ridge and in the valleys had also rotted. He said replacing the concrete would, in the longer term, not be cost effective. He recommended dry ridge replacement. Richard did our work. The work was completed as agreed, to a good standard and within the agreed price. David inspected the work and was in touch throughout. He even agreed to place a broken tile at no extra cost. We would have no hesitation recommending Stormguard. If we require a repair in the future they would be our starting point.

After living with a persistent roof leak for a few years I decided to post the issue on ‘My Rated People’ then Barrie contacted me. He came over and inspected the roof and highlighted several issues, two of which caused the roof to leak. Absolutely brilliant workmanship and communication and cost provided by Karl. We had a damaged roof/guttering/ridges caused by a recent storm. Karl was on site within a couple of hours of receiving our call. After providing great advice regarding work needed we went ahead and also had a dry verge fitted to prevent future damage. When you're looking to find a specialist tradesperson, sometimes it can be a compromise between finding the lowest quote, the reputation of the company and the best vibe you get from the actual people. I decided to appoint K Peak roofing as he quoted near the better end of the range that I had had received, he had good reviews online plus he seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job without trying to up sell extra services as some other companies were. On the day, Karl & Reece did the job admirably, providing me with photos of the job (new soffits) and the overall condition of the roof too. They even tidied up after themselves which strangeley enough you can't always take for granted. Additionally, they seemed to know a passer by or two which by itself can be an indiciation of having a positive reputation in the area. Thank you Karl and Reece.

Henry came out promptly and inspected the roof. He took photos of the issue and explained the problem and solution simply and succinctly. I was put ease by his manner and knowledge. Henry quoted me a price and stuck to it. I was very happy with cost. The job was complete as promised. He showed me the damaged tiles, gave advice to minimise damage to tiles in the future. He also reassured me the roof timber was undamaged and structurally sound. I have 3 properties. If I have any roofing issues in the future I will not hesitate to use Henry and his team.

Woke up Sat morning to a loud dripping sound above the bedroom, there is no loft access so panic ensued. My partner googled local roof companies and Cannock Flat Roofing popped round the same morning and identified the location of the problem. They have just mortared the gap which was causing the leak and at the same time repaired some other areas where the cement had disintegrated. Very impressed and will recommend to family and friends. I was given Craig’s (C Kearney Roofing) contact number by Dreadnought Tiles as I wanted specific tiles to be used on my new roof. I had a couple of people come and see me to have a look and give me a quote, but no one seemed interested. I had a totally different experience with Craig, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The choice of tile I chose wasn’t the cheapest but it has transformed the look of my house! I am so pleased. Craig’s team of workers were excellent, hardworking and trustworthy. Having spent many wasted weeks looking for a reliable roofer and being let down or lied to I found Craig on Google and decided to give him a try to quote. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and after some street level review he got the ladders and inspected properly finding more issues outside of our original thoughts. He then took the time to explain and show pictures of his findings and reason that a part repair was not the way to go. Having received a quotation detailing all works and the materials he would use and decided to contract C Kearney roofing to undertake a full strip and re-tile plus repair chimneys and bay window roof. As the date for start loomed closer Craig supplied a full schedule of works which he maintained fully to the end. His dedicated team were professional, courteous and tidy all through and ensured the site was left clean every day. Inevitably issues were found along the way as would be expected removing a 60 year old roof but Craig and the team tackled these and moved on. Each day Craig either phoned or sent photos of progress and kept us fully up to date. We are so glad we chose C Kearney Roofing for the job and have no reservations about using them again to replace bay cladding and canopy roof at a future time.
