Rob and his crew came and fitted new ridge tiles for me. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Replaced a couple of dodgy tiles and cleared the guttering while there too. Great friendly service and will use again if I ever need any roofing service done in future. Highly recommended.

I contacted Rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. After inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, Rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. Having previously had some urgent repair work done by Dedicated Roofing to a standard I was extremely happy with, I called upon Rob and his team when I was ready for a full roof replacement. The Dedicated Roofing team are professional. A quote was agreed upon before works started. I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage, estimated completion times given and work was don't to accommodate my schedule. Rob's team are conscious of noise that might be caused. My neighbours have commented that they were very pleased at the lack of loud noises and the teams conduct throughout. The site was left in a tidy state each evening and the team were patient enough to allow me to inspect progress at each stage. Any concerns I had were addressed without undue delay. whenever I have needed to communicate with Rob responses have been timely. I am extremely pleased with the work done (replace three beams, rebatten and refelt, retile, install dry ridge system, install dry verge, install eaves protection trays) I've some other projects I'll be using Rob's services on in the near future. I'm delighted with my new roof on my long single garage! Great service from all involved at the company. Will (the owner) is very knowledgable and we talked through the options and I went with his suggestion of using rubber due to size of my roof. The roofers arrived to start the on the agreed date and worked extremely hard to get the job done in 3 days. Big shout out to Sam and Oli who were great, they were really on it and got stuck in to deliver a fab job. They were both very polite and respectful. There was always someone to call if I needed to speak to someone (which is in contrast to other roofers), they were professional, considerate, polite and worked really hard on fitting mesh to our solar panels to stop birds nesting. From the moment I contacted them to when the work was completed, this has been an easy process. The communication was excellent, and when they attended to carry out the works, they were polite, honest, and got on with the works required. They provided me with the costs and options associated with those costs, which I was pleased about. Needed a flat roof re felting, new to the area so googled local roofers and Rounds came up along with a couple of others. Phoned for a quote which was phoned through to me on the same day as visit. Job took 3 days (once the October rain stopped), Pete and Si work well together, tidied up as they went and made sure I was happy every day before leaving. I noticed a small leak in my flat roof. I contacted diamond fiberglass and Ali came round the same day. He did a small repair immediately whilst explaining options if it didn't work. I was very pleased with the work completed by Diamond Flat Roof. My problems occurred following the recent storm and though they were obviously very busy they said they would endeavour to fit me in and did! The guys did a great job: were friendly and sympathetic to my questions and surveillance, even though it was very cold. I think the few cups of tea helped!

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. Great company to deal with.

We just moved house and the roof had quite a few things that need fixing or replacing. Tom listened to what I requested and gave some useful advice, then sent over a reasonable quote with a break-down of the costs of the individual sub-jobs. We were kept updated with dates of scaffolding and work, which were as confirmed, and the work was all carried out in 3 days (change of soffits and fascias and gutters, repairing valleys, repointing chimneys, replacing chimney flashing, installing tile vents plus a few more minor things that were not evident until the valleys had been uncovered). The workmen were pleasant and tidy workers, answered questions I had, and Tom came round after the work was done to check on a couple of things and put up a cable that had come loose during the work. Reliable, reasonably priced and I feel confident that if there are any problems cropping up in the future TWF Roofing will come back and sort it out.

Our roof is over 50 years old and looking very tired. A few broken tiles, covered in moss, ridges and chimney need re-pointing too. Alex and the guys arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. If I could rate Alex and his team higher than I would, because it's so deserved. All started with a leak, or 2 or more...To be honest I think I was in denial just how bad the roof was. Last year Alex and his team fitted a new flat roof at the back of my house on the loft dormer and dry verges, which has been spot on, a year on. So when my tiled roof at the front of the house started leaking last week I knew exactly who I wanted for the job. The timeline of first having Alex round to have a look and completing a brand new roof was so fast I blinked and it was done 😂💙 Alex got the scaffolding sorted on the Friday, and got the whole team together to come on the Monday and finish the job in one day, a rainy day aswell. Not only that, it was all cleaned up well and the skip took away just one hour after they completed the job! Which is nothing short of a miracle to be honest. Can't thank Alex and his team enough for what they pulled together for me and my 4 children saving the house from potentially getting ruined and the upheaval that could have caused. Roof looks amazing now, as does my loft without all the holes and dirt (and definitely a few less spiders 🤣) I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone that needs roof work done. And if I happen to need anything else in the future I will only use these guys. Amazing!

Bratt builders are Brilliant. The two tradesmen "Hugo + Dave" who repaired my chimney stack were smart, polite + informative. They discovered the problem very quickly. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly. Hugo + Dave left my premises clean and tidy. Their vehicle was very clean which sets a good impression. I can highly recommend Bratt Builders.

We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.
