Well where do I start? With the minefield of finding a reputable builder we were very lucky to stumble upon Bridgemere to undertake a single storey extension for us. Upon our first meeting with Ade we were immediately put at ease, as we had had a number of other "tradesmen" visit to quote but as I'm a big believer in first impressions none impressed. We had a couple of issues along the way (as have to be expected with a reasonably large build) but Ade and his team were very professional with the way these were dealt with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, always striving to resolve any issue that we encountered along the way. Before we found Bridgemere it seemed impossible that our build was going to happen. Tricky situation with neighbors, difficult steels and just a big project with complications thrown in. From the start they dealt with everything with professionalism supported by a clear knowledge of what they were talking about. As with any larger project 'issues' arose but the manner within which these were dealt with meant that we remained informed and happy throughout the project. The builders onsite were friendly and made sure to tidy up after themselves aiming to reduce the impact on family life. Comments were made by surrounding neighbors how hard they worked all day and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The main aim of this company seems to be to get it done correctly and safely causing the least inconvenience and doing it with a smile. Did it always go to plan...no, did we expect it to...no, did Bridgemere do everything possible to make sure that we were happy with the end product....ABSOLUTELY and for this reason I would have no doubt in using them again or recommending them to anyone that asked. Good builders are extremely hard to find and thankfully we found Bridgemere. Who are not only good but genuinely seemed to care about our family and went above and beyond to support us through the build. Will never be able to thank them enough!

Great Service! I've used Ben for lots of jobs and every time he does a great job, comes when he says he will and is great value for money. I've had everything from tiling, plastering, decking and a bathroom refit done and always had great results. I'd highly recommend for all jobs big and small.

Ben has done a number of jobs for us, big and small from tiling our kitchen to fixing toilets and door handles. He was efficient and professional and even sorted out some issues with our heating which had been going on for years. Highly recommended!
