After thinking about having our loft converted to a dorma for a couple of years and having a bad experience in the past with building work, we have learnt to use a professional and passionate building company just like PSS Constructions. Paul and his team have done an amazing job. The process was made so hassle free and we wish we had done the work earlier. Paul answered all our questions and showed us the best way to make use of the space we had. We have ended up with two bedrooms and a bathroom to the third floor of our property. The team arrived for work everyday at 7.30 am and wasted no time. They would tidy up after themselves when they finished for the day. The work has been done to a magnificent standard and I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a professional builder who is passionate and competent in his work. pss Constructions is very competitive with the price and I must say that I'd rather pay a little extra and have the job done to a high standard than have to pay someone else to fix mistakes made by cowboy builders. Anyone who wishes to inspect the companys work can come and have a look at the work that was completed at my property with prior notice given through the company. PSS led by Paw Sasin was contracted to do a complete transformation of a 4 bed detached property on one of Solihull's premier roads into a large 6 bedroom modern detatched house with double storey rear, side and front extensions including cinema room, gym and triple garage. His energy and drive was key to completing the build within 12 months of the contract start and to a very high standard indeed. Any issues arrising during the build were dealt with professionally, efficiently and fairly. I have no problem in recommending PSS to anyone considering any home construction projects.

We used PSS Construction for work on our house that involved building extensions on 3 storeys. The service was impeccable. They are a great team and worked very hard, always smiling and very friendly. The workmanship was always to a very high standard and they did everything they could to cater to our requirements. Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. They were also punctual, friendly, and left everything tidy, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend TA Smith Builders for their excellent service. Very happy with the work!

I can highly reccomend this building firm as they have just installed double glazing doors in my property . They were very punctual, professional and cleaned up after they had finished the job . We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . They are a very good company to deal with from measuring to the very end of the project The guys are all very polite and happy to go that extra mile for the customer . We also have pets which they are very considerate towards also . Overall a very hard working group of caring people . Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. I have been using APM services for jobs at home, all were carried out professionally and efficiently. Recently there were a lot of plumbing issues at another place, and I called in APM; they diagnosed, fixed and repaired all the taps and sorted the hot water issues. Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner.
