Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Bal created a neat cabinet door for our downstairs toilet. He was very responsive aftee we contacted him and attended within a matter of days. His work was of a high standard and well priced. Would highly recommend.

Bal did an amazing job fitting a new kitchen ceiling plus side panels/window sill tops in our lounge. Bal's a very likeable young man and carried out a complicated job with ease. I totally recommend him.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig did a really clean job. Took away all the rubbish and more that I didn’t need. Craig is the man you need when you need a job done right. Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . They are a very good company to deal with from measuring to the very end of the project The guys are all very polite and happy to go that extra mile for the customer . We also have pets which they are very considerate towards also . Overall a very hard working group of caring people . Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. PSS Constructions did a fantastic job on our house extension in Bournville. Excellent builders and always on time and excellent quality of work.

PSS led by Paw Sasin was contracted to do a complete transformation of a 4 bed detached property on one of Solihull's premier roads into a large 6 bedroom modern detatched house with double storey rear, side and front extensions including cinema room, gym and triple garage. His energy and drive was key to completing the build within 12 months of the contract start and to a very high standard indeed. Any issues arrising during the build were dealt with professionally, efficiently and fairly. I have no problem in recommending PSS to anyone considering any home construction projects.

After thinking about having our loft converted to a dorma for a couple of years and having a bad experience in the past with building work, we have learnt to use a professional and passionate building company just like PSS Constructions. Paul and his team have done an amazing job. The process was made so hassle free and we wish we had done the work earlier. Paul answered all our questions and showed us the best way to make use of the space we had. We have ended up with two bedrooms and a bathroom to the third floor of our property. The team arrived for work everyday at 7.30 am and wasted no time. They would tidy up after themselves when they finished for the day. We used PSS Construction for work on our house that involved building extensions on 3 storeys. The service was impeccable. They are a great team and worked very hard, always smiling and very friendly. The workmanship was always to a very high standard and they did everything they could to cater to our requirements. Deano replaced my bathroom taps, redid the silicon around the shower and put up some blinds in a bedroom. He did a fantastic job, was on time and very efficient! Would highly recommend him, and will definitely be using him again!

We’ve used Deano twice now for various tasks including putting together beds, hanging a vertical blind and sorting a small plumbing issue. He’s always on time, very pleasant and reasonably priced.

Brilliant customer service. Nothing is a problem these guys who will tackle all jobs requested from roof repairs, guttering, carpentry , electrics , jet washing to name a few and have carried them out to the highest level. I kept listing repairs and all were done in a flash. Wish I’d found them sooner rather than let house and garden maintenance build up They are polite, very tidy and realistic pricing.
