Kelly has been wonderful. She has designed a small beautiful garden for us that now looks si much bigger with all the features we asked for down to the tiniest detail. Kelly's attention to detail, thoughtfulness and personal garden design has been amazing. Kelly is a really lovely person and nothing has been too much trouble for her in designing a gorgeous space for us to enjoy as a family throughout the day and evening. The landscapers Kelly recommended to us have been wonderful too. Kelly transformed our garden from a motley, hotch potch collection of lawn, pond, raised beds and flowerbeds into a truly amazing sensory place. The space flows round the house from the working garden area outside the back door to a pergola outside the dining room french windows. A wall and steps lead down to beautiful planting with a mill wheel water feature and more planting to a front lawn. It’s a fabulous space in which to entertain, with a definite ‘wow’ factor. Kelly, together with the landscapers Dan and Matt, have worked wonders.

I recently had new fencing installed in my garden, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. Mr. Jkelly was very friendly, professional and responsible. He visited and quoted within a day and managed to completed the repairing of my fence in the next day. James runs a very efficient operation when it comes to garden landscaping. After reading all the positive reviews, I rang James to ask for a quote for a new lawn installation. James came down, measured up, and provided a competitive quote on the same day. Work began a week later, and the rest of the Team was friendly and professional. A new lawn was installed within a week, and land levelling and turfing were involved. The Team care about the job they are doing. There were occasions when I was about to point out something minor, but the Team had already fixed it, as they cared as much about the result as I did. Communication is also excellent; the Team tell you what's happening when and keep you well informed. They were a great bunch of lads who were friendly to talk to and provided loads of advice.

Came across inside out building and landscaping solutions, as I needed my driveway done, spoke to James who was professional and came out the same day as I called him. Very reasonable on pricing and was able to follow all structural drawings that I had provided for a retaining wall, was able to also provide me with knowledge in regards to building regulations/planning permission. Always kept me updated as well as ensuring all men turned up daily and on time. James maintained a professional attitude and delivered above to what I expected, cleared all mess and clutter after the job was completed, would definitely consider using James again in the future

Regularly use this firm to trim and shape conifers. Reliable - come when they say they will. Tiday - all cuttings cleared away after trimming. Will continue to use.

A positive experience from beginning to end! Wonderful customer care and very professional staff across the board led by Marc. From Mel in the office to Leigh, Greg and all the lads who completed the work on site it’s very clear that Landscapia as a company has very high standards that the whole team share. Everything was done with a friendly and positive attitude. My rear garden was a wreck, neglected over many years and an awkward shape. There were also large areas of existing patio and paths – all in the wrong place and a massive shed that would have to go. Marc was so understanding and positive and helped me through the design stages throwing plenty of innovative ideas my way until we settled on the final design. Elements were incorporated and removed as he strived to meet my budget and I’m so glad I took his professional advice and kept the stronger elements of the design as they now make the garden the perfection it is. The six-week build went smoothly despite many bank holidays and delays in delivery of various bespoke items and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I loved that I felt so involved with the build and all my daft questions were answered with good humour and respect. The standard of accuracy and attention to detail was truly amazing to watch, especially during the construction from scratch of my beautiful curved seating area and bench. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't rate Marc and his team highly enough. Brilliant!

Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. Brilliant job guys and thank you !

Our garden had become overgrown and we weren’t making best use of the space available to us. We chose Landscapia based on their portfolio and reviews, being local to us was a bonus. After initial chats about what we wanted, Marc produced a couple of designs which we then worked through with him making tweaks here and there until we were really happy with the plan. Leigh and the team coped with horrendous weather to deliver a fantastic result. Really pleased with the way things have turned out. Everything and everyone involved in the project was great, Melissa kept us informed of things happening offsite and Leigh and the lads were always on hand if we had any queries. We wanted to do the planting ourselves which is currently underway. Have to say that the garden was left spotless by Dave after the build was finished so we’ll post more pictures when we’ve done more planting and tidied up after ourselves. Our old wooden deck had come to the end of its useful life and I contacted Landscapia to install a replacement. Throughout the whole process, the team provided expert advice, kept us in touch with how things were progressing during challenging times and kept to their word with regard to timeliness and the quality of the end result. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and have now been back to lay a resin-bonded path to finish off the project. They even cleared one of my borders of weeds and grass while they were waiting for the resin to set ! I had never used any gardening services before and didn't know what to expect. My garden was looking like a jungle really out of control with thorns and brambles coming from everywhere. Clusters of nettles all over, it was awful and obviously kept growing I was starting to panic more and more about never getting it under control. I had a toddler who was eagerly waiting to use it. I rang a few numbers on Google and still wasn't really getting any clear answers on the service that could be provided. Then I rang Anthony, he came out really quickly to take a look and gave me a really good price. He was really professional and explained everything in detail to me. Anthony done an absolutely fantastic job and made the garden look amazing with no thorns anywhere. I had full confidence that it was now safe for my little toddler to explore in it. Anthony and his team have been taking care of my gardens now for 2 years and I don't have to worry about anything to do with gardening. They turn up when they say and my gardens look fabulous all year round. My little lad loves going wild in the garden and I'm really glad I found Anthony. Terry and Anne at TkL gardening tidied up my front and back garden today in Erdington and they did a fantastic job within a couple of hours. grass was cut with edges strimmed neatly, hedges trimmed, all weeds out including 2x flower beds full of weeds. Really impressed, decent price & everything done that I wanted. I took my own garden waste away in 3x big heavy duty garden bags. Would recommend and use again!
