Lewis came out to discuss our rear garden project which included 2 retaining walls, removal of old decking, grading of land and infill yo top layer, brick pillars and laying exterior porcelain slabs to top layer. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and talked us through options and time scales. The quotation arrived in a timely manner it was accepted and the job scheduled. Matt and Chris were the team members allocated to our project and worked professionally and tidily. Justin and his team did a fantastic job. He did our whole driveway (block paving and tracks for driveway lights), including the steps into the house. After seeing how good he is to work with, we got him to do our full garden (all new grass, sleepers along the sides, trimming down all the hedges, brand new patio), and got him to do our alleyway too! I was being a pain with how I wanted everything, but he always accommodated and gave very good attention to detail. Everything was done professionally and to a very high standard, and I could tell when discussing things he has a wealth of experience and expertise and knows exactly what he's doing. This is the second time ive used the company. Justin and his team have just transformed my drive. They had to remove a number of conifer roots, dig out my attempt at decorative gravelling. They block paved the area to match the existing drive, built a tidy space to hide my bins and built some great planters. The customer service they deliver is amazing. I planned to fill the planters with topsoil, but soon realised it was going to be a mammoth task doing it alone. Without asking Justin offered to pick it up for me to save me the job, lined the planters and filled them so job done. I appreciate this wouldn't be for free, but it was the fact it was offered as I had hugely under estimated the task. The curb appeal this has added to house is amazing in addition to now being easy to maintain for me. Can't thank the guys enough and would always recommend.

Absolutely excellent service! Matt came out to originally give us a quote and talk us through what turf he recommended due to kids constantly playing football in the garden which was extremely helpful. Booked us in to suit our availability and when the work started made the whole process extremely easy! The final product is amazing and I couldn’t thank Matt and his team anymore! Definitely recommended to anybody who wants to have artificial grass installed.

Had 3 quotes for my back garden Fairlawns was the best price, I’d seen some of there work before as a friend had used them. Matt came round our house to quote and discuss job. He came across as a great guy. Matt and two other guys removed my old lawn, dug out and placed framework around the perimeter including going around a feature rock. Hardcore was put in with grano dust on top, lawn was layed and golden gravel around perimeter. All 3 worked hard and did a great job All rubbish removed and area cleaned up. Didn’t have to to pay any money upfront or during the work as Matt said he only accepted payment on completion of job. They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company. We contacted Midlands Grounds Maintenance Services to clear a very overgrown section of our parish churchyard without the use of herbicide. Scott and his team were easy to contact, kept us up to date throughout the process and did an incredible job on a challenging space. Did a fantastic job on clearing the highway outside our commercial property and cutting down unruly hedges. I have come across some gardeners that do the obligatory intake of breath before presenting an overpriced quote, but not Scott.
