We recently used Thomas Moore Landcapes for an overhaul of our front garden and we are so happy with how it has turned out. From start to finish, the team demonstrated impressive skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. Each member of the team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the final result. The project finished right on schedule and on budget. Tom did a great job of keeping us posted at regular intervals and also used his creativity and contact base to navigate certain site challenges which may have otherwise led to potential cost increases and delays. Beyond their expertise, the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly, approachable, and open to our ideas, patiently answering our questions and making us feel involved in the whole process. They were also well organised and tidy. I recently had a One Day garden consultation with Sarah to give me some inspiration and advice on what to do with our garden (we’ve recently moved into a new build house with a fairly large garden area that we wanted to make the best of with some lovely planting while also making it kid friendly for our toddler and find space for a shed!). Sarah spent the morning with me thoroughly going through ideas for types of plants, positioning of plants, garden layout and helped with lots of problem solving too (as the garden space we have has a fairly challenging layout). It was a really enjoyable morning and I liked the collaborative approach that Sarah took, exploring my preferences at every point. From the morning’s session, Sarah produced a wonderfully detailed garden proposal for us and specific instructions for planting. Sarah’s plant knowledge is really impressive, she knew exactly what was best for our soil and the Yorkshire climate. As someone with minimal gardening experience, I now feel like I have a route forwards to creating a beautiful garden whereas before I didn’t know where to begin!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! I recently had the One Day Consultation with Sarah at North Leeds Garden Design. It was brilliant - a really useful morning spent going round our garden and talking through solutions to the various problem areas and Sarah sent through an incredibly detailed report after spending an afternoon back in the office. She came up with some great ideas for the garden and I've already implemented a couple of the simple ones. I don't normally do things like this but it was well worth the money - I now know where to spend money on the garden and what plants will work well in our soil, which will avoid wasting money in the future on unsuitable plants. I am also more confident about going forward with projects in the garden.

First used this company a few years ago to revamp garden after building work. Sarah provided an amazing plan making sure all the areas most viewed from indoors were exciting and colourful. We now have a beautiful cohesive garden. We have been pleased to welcome Sarah back to our garden to enhance further areas which she has done with much success. Because she listens so carefully and then actually tries to fit our brief so closely it has been a very painless experience. Would not have known where to start to get what we had in mind - but now we have it! We are currently liaising with Sarah over a few tweaks and additions and as usual she has some brilliant ideas. We really enjoy our garden now both viewed from inside the house as well as in this glorious leisure space. Very happy to reccomend this company.

When we bought our house, we were didn’t know where to start with the overgrown garden. We wanted to maintain the established plants and borders but make it low maintenance and easy to stay on top of. Annabel and Sarah created a contemporary garden design, which incorporated everything we were looking for in a low maintenance design. It turned out exactly as we wanted and we couldn’t recommend them more!

Jason did various jobs for my elderly mum. Chopped down a small tree, trimmed some bushes, cleared all the autumn leaves up and fixed a fence broken by the wind. Farndale Fencing have changed the total look of our garden through the new contemporary fencing. They are honest, trustworthy & would highly recommend them. Fantastic experience with Garden Revamps, laying artificial grass and building planters and decking. From getting our initial quote from Graham to agreeing on the works to be done, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. My mum has just had her garden done and this is her feedback.... A job very well done by Graham and his team. We just had our back garden transformed, with new bespoke tiles and some beautiful looking steps, spaced out safely to avoid falling and made larger than before to give more depth to the overall look, which is stunning and will be so much easier for us to maintain. I can’t fault Graham and his team. They were putting in a long concrete path to give a flat access to our church hall. They were working by the Church and school and were really helpful to people by trying not to get in their way when dropping off children. Graham kept in touch every day to ensure we had everything we had asked for and the path is perfect and many parishioners have commented on the excellent work. I would definitely recommend Garden Revamps. Adding to this review as they have now finished the second section of work putting up a 6ft fence and two more gates covering a large area. Just as with the other job, arrived on time did the job professionally and worked hard to finish it for us. Looks great. Again would highly recommend and we will certainly use Garden Revamps again.

Graham and his team were excellent. Friendly, hard-working and a great price. The lads turned up early every day and did a fantastic job. Turned our derelict garden into a gorgeous patio and level grass area within a couple of weeks, around 140sqm. Their ideas on how to solve tricky challenges with differing heights and awkward corners were well thought out and their attention to detail was outstanding, they really care about what they do. Thank you Barry and Adam for all your hard graft and thank you Graham for managing everything in the limited time that you had.

Highly recommend, very polite and professional, good communication. Also, very clean and tidy. We had a large porcelain patio done and boundary wall built up in our garden with wall coping. We love the patio and done to an high standard and our neighbours even commented how great it looks. We would definitely use this company again and recommend, especially if you want a patio doing in either porcelain or Indian stone.

Absolutely superb service and professionalism from HG Gardening, I can't recommend them highly enough. Punctual, reliable, efficient, excellent attention to detail and extremely good value for money. Please read on for a more detailed review: Our back garden needed a complete renovation. We were wanting a raised patio completely ripping out and having most of the garden on one level, a summerhouse tearing down and removing the flags from underneath, new turf laying, new fencing, a platform sloping down to the garden from the back door and a new porcelain tiled patio area... so a big job. We spoke to a few landscape gardeners and explained our vision for our garden and what we were looking for. Ben at HG Gardening was by far the most enthusiastic that we spoke to and we immediately felt that Ben understood exactly what we were after. Using his experience, sound knowledge and technical expertise he was able to offer advice and provide ideas that we hadn't thought of that we ended up going with (so happy that we did) and he assured us that what we wanted was do-able as he could fit a digger through our garage door to use for the removal of the patio (the biggest part of the job). Ben's quote was also the lowest price that we received, but I was assured that nothing was done on the cheap and only the best quality available materials would be used, as proved to be the case. Ben and his co-workers were extremely punctual, always turned up on-time and didn't stop working the whole time they were here. I can't believe how quickly the job was completed considering the work that needed doing. They were extremely polite, reliable, and efficient. We are absolutely overjoyed with the work that HG Gardening have carried out. Top quality and very high standard. We are especially impressed with how quickly it has been completed and how clean they have been whilst carrying out the work. Thank you so much!

We could not be more pleased with the work recently carried out by Josh Snowdon Landscapes. We had a plan and Josh (and Dave) made that plan a reality, transforming our bare new build patch into a garden space we can enjoy. We felt as a team Josh and Dave went above and beyond to ensure the finished space worked for us and was robust. Landscaping the ground left by the developers was occasionally challenging. It is so refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about the work they do and takes pride (rightly so) in what they deliver. Would highly recommend and a pleasure to work with.
