Fantastic service from Lee and the guys at First Impressions. They are all passionate about their work and dont stop until they are happy. They're professionalism is second to none. We have had our 5 level garden turned into 1 level with composite decking and fencing. We have also had lights and outside plug sockets fitted. last year the first impressions team built me a beauty salon at my home. It was a big project with new internal walls, doors, plastering, sockets and spot lights, a bathroom, full cupboard units with sinks in both rooms, we also had outside lights put in. The job was fantastic, Lee and his team worked very hard and the work was finished to a very high level. Loads of clients have commented how good it looks and we are super pleased with the finished results. we would highly recommended lee and his team, thanks for the good work!!

Lee and the First Impressions team converted our internal garage into a playroom and the results were fantastic. We first received a professional and thorough written quotation detailing the work and ensuring all our requirements were captured. The work started really quickly and everything happened when it was supposed to. Four important observations during the work: 1) the guys definitely put a full days work in. 2) they went beyond expectations when it came to cleaning up any mess and minimise any impact whilst I worked from home. 3) everyone was very friendly and professional. 4) social distancing and COVID-19 was taken very seriously. Lee personally kept a very close eye on progress and was there to answer any questions and keep us updated every step of the way. Lee, like myself, has a keen eye for detail and the quality of the finish is clearly important to him and I found it top notch. I wanted all work to be signed off by building control to avoid any potential future difficulties when coming to sell, and this was all handled by First Impressions with no trouble in getting the necessary paperwork from the council - they were happy to incorporate all the requirements necessary into the works. The project was completed on time, in budget, and was exactly as promised. Cheers Lee and the team!

I have been using Black Fox for gardening work for a few years now. Thomas runs a very professional business and has the expertise to look after a garden really well. Absolutely delighted with the transformation of our yard by Tom and his crew. Over the last two and half years of total renovating our house out of more than a dozen workers/trades we can only recommend 3 to others one being, with no hesitation, Black Fox. Quality of work, attention to detail, suggestions to us of things we had not thought of, sticking to timescales and quoted figures. Not the cheapest quote we had but we had professionalism, no agro, great quality, no issues - wish it had been like that for all of our renov.

Louis was more than happy to quote me and arrange to cut my leylandi and holly trees after being let down by another maintenance company. From the start, Louis has been courteous, professional and transparent with his communications. I am very happy with the work completed today and have agreed a regular maintenance program. We had a large job that needed doing for our garden. Louis came out and did an amazing job. Took his time with it, not rushed! Louis managed to do all the work SPOT ON ( exactly how we wanted it to be done)! He managed to get the job done all by himself in a timely manor. And I can see why his Google reviews are at 5 stars. Communicated a lot with us, asking us how we wanted everything to be done. My mum loved the job. Very well done! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I needed a particular limestone paving product, which could have taken a while due to the importing problems, however Lisa went the extra mile and made sure I had the paving when I needed it. Nothing is too much trouble and the range of products and quality of them is second to none. As a landscaper having a business like this on my doorstep is invaluable.

After being let down by another company I emailed first to see if delivery could be made the same week as ordering outdoor porcelain tiles. Replied within minutes to confirm that would be possible. Excellent service from start to finish. I came across the company whilst searching online for porcelain paving slabs that other companies couldn't supply. Lisa was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She located the exact slabs I wanted and provided a package that was very competitive. Delivery was on time and exactly as agreed. What I really appreciated was being kept informed and updated throughout. Would advise anyone to give them a call.

Absolutely delighted with the garden shelter which Micheal designed and had built for us earlier this year. Very pleased he was able to add this so seamlessly to his original design which he created for us in 2016. We love sitting in the space surrounded by flowers, entertaining friends there and enjoying the peace of the evening. It has enhanced the view of the garden from the house too, enticing us outside to enjoy the space.

Mick has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We came to him following a recommendation from a friend, to ask if he could help us come up with an overall design for our large back garden that we would be able to complete in sections as time and budget allowed. The design Mick has produced has completely exceeded our expectations and I can’t wait to get started! He has incorporated ideas we’d never have thought of and it’s great to have an overall scheme to work to that will ensure the garden has a cohesive theme. MP Landscape & Garden Design did a great Garden make over for us which we were very pleased with. We have had many years enjoying our outdoor living space. Michael and the team listen to your requirements and come up with excellent designs. Doing the project was again faultless and timely. Our back garden was in desperate need of a makeover. It was tired looking and shabby. I decided it was time for a change and stumbled across Mick and I’m extremely glad I did. The entire process from design to completion has been excellent. To begin with, Mick provided us with several designs. The final design was an amalgamation of our favourite features from each design. He project managed the whole thing and was on site every day overseeing everything. This was so important as it meant we could go about our days without worry. Mick only works with the finest workmen to bring his designs to life and we are completely in love with our garden. Where we rarely ventured out into it before, we haven’t been out of it since it was finished. Mick has also recommended an electrician to install lighting and a gardener to add some planting. We cannot recommend him highly enough and I suggest you contact him as quickly as possible to utilise his talents.

Well, I was recommended to Phoenix Garden Buildings by another very reputable business. From the first visit, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, advice and the superb quality of the builds. In fact, I was completely floored at the quality compared to others I’d seen. I am a building contractor myself so I know quality when I see it. The ordering process was first class and very professional. The installation was again, first class. Attention to detail is clearly there to see. I like to get a feel for companies too - all the staff seem very happy and they seem a close knit team of people.
