Yorkshire Gardens completed an extensive landscaping job for me. I couldn’t have asked for more. They went above & beyond to get the job done in the time frame promised. After care has also been amazing, anything extra needed or any question asked was always responded to. The guys working on site were very polite & hard working. John & Darren are so helpful. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing job!!

Hands down the best landscaping design and installation professionals in this region, if not the UK. The team are very patient and attentive to every detail in the garden. Our garden came a cost but we can say without doubt we are overjoyed with the outcome and the follow up service. John and his team have kept an eye on the garden to ensure the warranty period is honored and have been proactive in providing follow up care at no further cost. If you want outstanding design, installation and after care then you must go with these guys.

John was excellent on the design, taking the time to understand our brief and coming up with a design that we were really happy with. There was clear communication throughout the process so we knew what was happening when. The Yorkshire Gardens team who did the work were brilliant. Very hard working (the build coincided with a long heat wave!) and very friendly. They didn't mind explaining what they were doing and accommodated a couple of tweaks here and there without complaint. We were delighted with the outcome and six months later that's still the case. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Gardens, particularly if you want the design and execution of a garden project.

Christian and the team completed a patio for me last summer. They’re a friendly and hard working team who work to the highest of standards and did exactly what I asked for. Charged a reasonable price and broke it all down for me so I understood. I’ll be having them return in the summer to keep on top of my lawn and plants! 5*

I can not praise Dean enough, he has recently helped me out clearing out a very overgrown area and would not accept any payment for it. The quality of the work that he provides is always first class. Over the years he has done numerous jobs for myself and my family, he is always prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. He will always stay until the job is complete and leaves your property immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

Dean has built us a custom fence. He came on time, finished on time and left the place tidier than when he arrived!! We will be using his services again. Brilliant.

If you are looking for Gardening Maintenance service look no further than Rob at Tidier Gardens !He expertly cut back and shaped over two dozen shrubs and small trees and removed waste at a very competitive price. To say I was delighted with the outcome is an understatement !

We used RS Groundworks to redesign and landscape our back garden. This involved construction of a retaining wall, earthworks, patio relaying/extension and turf installation, amongst other things. We agreed a date for the work to take place and Rob turned up on time with all the equipment. We had some last minute changes to the design which Rob was happy to accommodate, he also gave us advise on how to make the best use of some of the spaces in our garden. We were really pleased with the quality and consistency throughout and the finished work was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using RS Groundworks again and can't recommend highly enough.

We are really pleased with our new patio. Rob and his team did a great job from helping us with our design ideas through to completion of the job on time and accurate to the initial quote . He and his team were hard working, efficient and tidy. We also appreciated that he had old stone slabs to use for our job in keeping with the look of our house and existing stone path. He also laid us a base for our new green house at short notice . We would definitely recommend RS landscaping and are glad we chose this company .

Amazing job by Rob at our place over the last 3 weeks. He and Ash worked tirelessly on our patio and driveway and have completely transformed our outdoor space. Rob was great from the minute we spoke to him - he had some cracking ideas which was great as we weren’t really sure what we wanted. Some contractors want to know exact details of what work needs doing right from the start but Rob worked flexibly with us throughout to take into account our changing priorities. Can’t speak highly enough of Rob - he has a mantra of seeing a job through to the end which was great as we weren’t really sure what “the end” should look like. We recently had a really bad experience with a landscaper who we paid a lot of money to and who left the project in a mess. Fortunately we had kept some of the fee back when we sacked him and then went out to find someone to put everything right. Enter RS Groundworks! I spoke to Rob and explained the situation and he came to look within a couple of days. He made a plan, fully explained it, and then told is his fees. We knew he had other work on and would fit us in when he could, but within a couple of weeks he came along and got on with the job. It's now all done and looking like we wanted it in the first place. Rob is very hard working, punctual, professional and experienced. His fees were fair. Our only regret was not getting Rob in the first place! (We actually tried)!! I would thoroughly recommend RS Groundworks.

Callum and Kieran delivered exactly what we were wanting in our garden remodel. Both worked with us to come up with practical and aesthetic ideas for our previously rundown garden. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we’ve never dealt with more polite young men. As well as keeping us informed at every stage of the process, they were always keen to ask how each element of the garden would best suit our needs, whilst remaining realistic in what would both look and work best for our space. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we couldn’t be happier with our new garden, just in time for Summer!

From the moment I met Shaun it was obvious his passion was garden design. I explained what I would like from my mud pit, weed filled garden and Shaun got to work with a design. He totally took on board what I wanted and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and the finished garden is a space that we can all enjoy now! Shaun worked on a large garden project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included a large dig-out, building new sleeper walls, installing decking, laying a porcelain tile patio, building new steps and a path, prepping and laying artificial grass, moving a garden shed, planting and much more. We had a blank canvas to start with and a strong idea of what we wanted to achieve. We were not only looking for a cost effective way to get the job done but also looking someone we could work through our ideas with to create a space that was sleek, modern and great for entertaining. We shopped around and got quotes from several landscapers. Shaun’s quote was the best value and his costs were transparent - he kindly itemised the costs for me as well so I knew it wasn’t just a figure pulled out of thin air like some garden quotes can be. Cost aside, what we really liked about Shaun after first meeting him was his upfront, honest and passionate approach to his work which you can see straight away. Shaun was fantastic to work with from day one. He kept us informed every step of the way and his daily updates meant we were always comfortable and reassured with each stage of the work. He understood our brief and was focused on making sure every detail was to our liking. Shaun clearly isn’t just a landscaper and has a real passion for gardens. His knowledge and experience in garden design and planting was especially helpful in helping us decide on a whole range of details during our project. You can tell that Shaun really believes in the importance of outdoor spaces and we had numerous conversations during the project about layout, storage, heating options, materials, lighting, planting, the list goes on! Shaun isn’t the type to rush through things so he can move onto the next job - His willingness and energy to push to make our space the best it could be was there right upto the final day of work. The finished garden is everything we hoped for and more. It’s a complete transformation of the space that has wowed and shocked our family and friends! It’s hard to explain or convey with photos the feel of the completed space. It has a balance and a continuity of materials, textures and themes that give it a real sense of atmosphere and mood - particularly at dusk. Our garden was badly in need of a makeover. A sloping and uneven lawn, overgrown shrubs, ugly fencing, lack of privacy and impractical patio were some of issues we wanted to address. At our first meeting with Shaun and Callum they took time to really understand our issues and what we wanted to achieve. Unsurprisingly, the design they produced delivered almost exactly what we were looking for and we had no hesitation in engaging them to carry out the work. Sadly, Shaun passed away before the work started and apart from being very upset at his loss we were concerned about the impact this would have on the project. However, Callum calmly reassured us that he and Kieran (his assistant) would be able to complete the work. We decided to go ahead and in just over a month they removed overgrown shrubs, scraped the existing lawn, levelled the ground and laid a new lawn, built a block retaining wall and a raised border edged with sleepers. They also built steps and a sleeper wall and relaid a gravel path. They also moved shrubs around and planted the borders with new trees and shrubs to provide privacy and colour throughout the seasons. During the build we found them to be hardworking, reliable, collaborative, imaginative and personable. They also demostrated their flexibility by allowing our builder to lay our new patio before they had finished their part of the project. We are delighted with our new garden and highly recommend Callum and Kieran for similar garden projects.

Used Elland Landscapes for remodelling my back garden. Very professional. Quoted and explained that during work additional costs may be incurred if ground is not stable. I was kept informed throughout. If there were any issues they would not cut corners they would stop and discuss options. They built a garden room 5x3 meters from a flat pack. Their attention to detail was second to none. My horrible back garden is now a beautiful space. Thanks to Chris, Jon, Lee and Dylan for a great job.

Elland Landscapes replaced a rotten decking , built a side gate to the house and returfed the rear garden. Did an excellent job, really pleased with it. Would recommend them to others.

We are really happy with the fence and gates that Elland Landscaping installed for us. Their communication was good. They turned up on time, did exactly what we’d agreed for the price we agreed. The quality of the work is fantastic, it looks great but is really sturdy. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

The area in front of our conservatory was a tricky area. We couldn't work out how to get it looking good so had sadly left it in a state. Martyn came and gave us some options and we agreed a way forward. May not be obvious in the photos but the land slopes down to the driveway and also up towards the house which makes the work tricky. They removed 2 lots of edging which were a trip hazard and added some steps finally to our conservatory, great! All in all the area is now looking great. 😀 We were kept up-to-date throughout the works. The lads were polite and worked hard. Would use them again. 👍 Before and after photos

Martin and his lads did a great job at my mum and dads. Their garden is huge and steep and was very overgrown, a jungle of overgrown trees and plants. So it was a heck of a big and difficult job. This is the best it has looked in 10 years! Professionally Martin was always courteous and told us what they were doing and when they would be coming and the price was quoted up front and he stuck to it. Good value for money. The job was finished off to a high standard. Everything was neat and tidy when finished. The block paving at the front, down the side and at the back was cleaned really well and sealed and looks great now. Wish I had taken before photos!
