We recently had a really bad experience with a landscaper who we paid a lot of money to and who left the project in a mess. Fortunately we had kept some of the fee back when we sacked him and then went out to find someone to put everything right. Enter RS Groundworks! I spoke to Rob and explained the situation and he came to look within a couple of days. He made a plan, fully explained it, and then told is his fees. We knew he had other work on and would fit us in when he could, but within a couple of weeks he came along and got on with the job. It's now all done and looking like we wanted it in the first place. Rob is very hard working, punctual, professional and experienced. His fees were fair. Our only regret was not getting Rob in the first place! (We actually tried)!! I would thoroughly recommend RS Groundworks.

Thankyou for an absolutely brilliant job, especially so with it being just before Christmas. After the last storms, my complete back garden fence had come down blocking the park snicket behind my house which a lot of people use this snicket as a short cut to park. Not only did Rob come highly recommended but him and his team worked hard and even managed to finish a day before the due finishing date, proper grafters. They were there first thing and worked through each day until just before dark. The finished job was exactly what I wanted, Thankyou again and Merry Christmas 🎄

Amazing job by Rob at our place over the last 3 weeks. He and Ash worked tirelessly on our patio and driveway and have completely transformed our outdoor space. Rob was great from the minute we spoke to him - he had some cracking ideas which was great as we weren’t really sure what we wanted. Some contractors want to know exact details of what work needs doing right from the start but Rob worked flexibly with us throughout to take into account our changing priorities. Can’t speak highly enough of Rob - he has a mantra of seeing a job through to the end which was great as we weren’t really sure what “the end” should look like. We’ll be using RS Groundworks again in the future without a doubt - quality job and very reasonably priced. Thanks again Stuart

We used RS Groundworks to redesign and landscape our back garden. This involved construction of a retaining wall, earthworks, patio relaying/extension and turf installation, amongst other things. We agreed a date for the work to take place and Rob turned up on time with all the equipment. We had some last minute changes to the design which Rob was happy to accommodate, he also gave us advise on how to make the best use of some of the spaces in our garden. We were really pleased with the quality and consistency throughout and the finished work was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using RS Groundworks again and can't recommend highly enough.

Mick and the team designed and implemented a much needed update to our garden. Our lawn was more moss and weeds than grass and the area behind the garage was an unused wilderness. The team tamed the wilderness and replaced the grass with artificial grass and smart decking. We appreciated the friendly professional approach from the team and was very comfortable trusting them with our garden update.

Mark has recently completed a large project in our garden and has done a fantastic job. He was happy to come and quote, took the time to discuss options and was transparent about how busy he was this year and started when he said he would. Mark takes real pride in his work and is not afraid to graft in any weather and take the time needed to complete the job to a high standard. We had a mix of indian paving (4 size Slabs and Setts), edging, yorkstone wall planters, steps and a sleeper planter built, all done to a professional standard using quality materials There are many, many "landscaping" outfits out there (where quotes may vary wildly) but be in no doubt Mark has the contacts, experience and knowledge to complete work efficiently and to a high standard.

Mark and his team have recently completed a total landscaping of our front and back gardens, converting what was a small lawn and large bushes in the front garden to a very attractive rockery. The back garden has been transformed from a tired sloping lawn into a lovely large porcelain tiled sitting and relaxing area. In addition to this he has made a superb planter which we look forward to planting very soon. We asked for some suggestions and ideas on layout and design and Mark suggested what we thought was a great scheme. He and his team worked hard through some very poor weather conditions to create us what we consider an excellent scheme to a very high standard. If any issues arose he was always able to come up with a good alternative and happily incorporated it. We happily recommend him and his team to anyone.

We had recently had our house extended, the original flags were laid round the extension but we wanted the patio area extending, plus the existing lawn retaining, Richard suggested this was done with sleepers. Richard was easy to deal with and we are very pleased with the end result.

We had a large job that needed doing for our garden. Louis came out and did an amazing job. Took his time with it, not rushed! Louis managed to do all the work SPOT ON ( exactly how we wanted it to be done)! He managed to get the job done all by himself in a timely manor. And I can see why his Google reviews are at 5 stars. As a nursery we would highly recommend Ryan, Jonathan and the team at Make Room to anyone looking for a good quality cabin or outside office , we received lovely service, attention to detail right from the start and the installation team were polite and extremely professional , from the moment that our office was designed to the day that it was installed Ryan and the team ensured that we were kept up to date with everything the communication was fabulous . Ryan was one of the reasons we chose this company, in addition to a recommendation from another customer. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. There was no ‘hard sell’ for us to commit to a build right from the beginning of us visiting the site, when we were researching our options. Once we had committed to the build I was impressed by the efficiency of how everything moved along, from the delivery process - all the components arrived when they were needed and the whole build, as a result, finished within timescales. The team working on site were very polite and were great guys. It’s not always easy to have a team invade your home space but they made it as easy as possible. There were a few hiccups in the build, inevitably, however Ryan made sure that these were addressed immediately and with a no quibble attitude. Customer satisfaction was priority throughout the build and afterwards. In summary, we are very impressed with the quality and finish of the building. It is amazing what you can fit into a small space! We absolutely recommend using Ryan and his team. Thank you Ryan ☺️

We called Darren up for a quote , he popped down straight away as he was nearby. We wanted some privet cutting and some bushes. We are selling our house so needed garden tidying up.He was able to do the job immediately which was lucky for us.He did a brilliant job. Tidied up the garden for us. Did some weeding too . It was absolutely red hot but he never stopped. Nice guy . Brilliant job will use again.
